A Frustrating Claims Process Experience with Visitors Insurance
We had a frustrating experience with the claiming process. We initiated a claim through Patient First, and when we reached out to them, they insisted that they had submitted all the necessary information. However, when we contacted Visitors Insurance, they claimed that there was missing information on their end. It's been a while, and our claim remains unresolved, leaving me highly stressed and disappointed. I'm now seriously questioning whether I should consider this insurance for my future visits to the USA. I can't in good conscience recommend your service to others based on this ordeal.
The most critical issue
This is why we've been to the place five or six times since we first started the soft launch of this restaurant in Cordova. It's the most critical issue, the fact that the food served is inconsistent. We've had the same food several times, and it's always the same. For instance, the bao differs in size, serving size, and composition each time. The garlic that has been roasted would appear inside the bao at one point but not the next. So confusing.
Highly suggest it
I am a Canadian and have utilized Visitors to increase my insurance, and I would highly suggest it. It was an added day on my initial coverage due to a change in my travel plans. I received an email informing me of the date I was due to renew. I clicked continue, and I was done. So easy and affordable .....
The most suitable product
My contact has been through Ramesh Patel, the company's president and CEO. Ramesh assisted me in finding an insurance policy suitable for my father, who will be traveling from overseas for six months. The process was straightforward and did an excellent job combining adequate coverage with the cost range my father wanted. He followed up via either email or phone without becoming overly aggressive and made it easy for me to choose the most suitable product. That's not the only thing he did. We ran into issues concerning one of my dad's medicines. It was the insurance provider's fault that it had been shut, so I rang Ramesh in anxiety. He calmed me down, offered some advice, and then followed up by sending me an email containing some information to assist me in resolving the problem—the assistance, compassion, and understanding far over-came my expectations. I strongly recommend working with the firm. There is no way to lose.

I would advise anyone to stay far away
I recently purchased this insurance for a trip to the US and was shocked by the lack of coverage and the nightmare of a claim process. When I needed to change my return flight due to a health emergency, I was told that I would have to pay exorbitant fees to the airline and that I could only change the arrival flight, not the return one. This is completely unacceptable and goes against the very purpose of having insurance. In addition, my claim for a dental accident was denied because it was not considered an "accident." This insurance company is a complete scam, and I would advise anyone to stay far away.

Wonderful service. As a family, we have that spans all over the world, including the UK, US, Australia, and Srilanka have been clients from Visitors Insurance for the past four years. We will continue to support them and use their service throughout the year.
This is extremely frustrating
The process for obtaining a Visitor's insurance was fantastic, but Visitor's insurance isn't accepted by all PCPs and Urgent care centers. This is a significant inconvenience for insurance holders who are predominantly parents. It would be helpful for us to be provided with an overview of providers that accept this insurance. I've paid a large sum to get the insurance, but I'm unsure which one I should go to. This is highly frustrating.
The helpline was extremely helpful
It was a breeze to purchase the insurance. I would highly suggest calling the helpline on the site if there's something specific you'd like to be covered under this health plan. My parents were suffering from pre-existing medical conditions, and the representative who answered the helpline was beneficial and explained everything in depth, which helped me make the right choice in deciding the best option to choose.
I am extremely satisfied

We had a great experience purchasing medical insurance for travel for my parents through Visitors Insurance. The process was quick, the information they provided was enough, and they offered excellent plans available to select from. It will be interesting to see what the quality of the project I liked is, although I'm hoping I won't need to use it.

Stuff was not covered
Everything went perfectly except that I purchased specific insurance and was given documents to confirm that COVID-19-related stuff was not covered. This should have been disclosed up front, just like other providers. Then I give five stars to the staff at info at visitorsinsurance.com, who were extremely helpful, cordial, and resourceful in helping me handle this gap!

Excellent customer service
This company is highly recommended for its excellent service and quick response. COVID-19 had disrupted our travel plans, so I ended up canceling coverage. However, I needed to contact the company to cancel, and they were able to assist me in this matter. I asked them questions regarding the credit card credit I was expecting.
They responded quickly and gave all information. I felt like a valued customer. When the travel restrictions have been lifted, and we can travel again, I will be back as a customer. This company is a great choice. It's always a pleasure doing business with them. We are grateful!
