Poor Service, Unfriendly Owner, and Outdated Office
The owner is not friendly. Staff is not professional. It's possible to go on, but I would rather be concise. I do not suggest. Very dissatisfied with the service. Office is old. Much better options located to the east.

A virtual office
My company uses Victory Workspace as a virtual office, and we could not be more pleased. We set up an address with Google to verify the address and continue to utilize the co-working space to interact with our clients and answer our phones. We are delighted with our decision to join the co-working space.
Feel at ease and secure
I've joined since the beginning. Although I'm an individual business owner who works primarily from my computer from home, I am at ease as a member thanks to all the benefits Victory WS has to support my business. From business addresses/mailboxes to receptionists, informative seminars to social gatherings, and, most importantly, the opportunity to meet with other members, I feel at ease and secure knowing I'm not alone. I particularly enjoy the Mastermind programs over the many years.
Excellent location for a Marketing
Excellent location for a Marketing Consultant (or anyone else in business) for work when you want to be away from your home office. I was disappointed that the cafes were noisy and unsuitable for meeting clients. I also appreciate that I have a downtown address in Walnut Creek and access to a private office and a conference room whenever I need it. It is also a fantastic location to hold Marketing Workshops and events.
They are amazing.
They are amazing. A few years ago, we restructured our business to a "work from home" environment to avoid the commute and the vast office lease. We employed VW (the time known in the past as Reliable Receptionist and Laptop Lounge) to respond to our phone calls, take our mail and welcome our rarely in-person customers. We set up in-person meetings in one of their conference rooms if needed. It was, in essence, the perfect solution for our requirements. The cost of our expenses decreased, and our standard of living increased. Win-win.
The staff is friendly
It was my first experience at Laptop Lounge as a day-time user for three months, along with my co-worker who freelances. As I worked on an idea to freelance, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the place. The facility is well-equipped with everything you require to keep your focus on work (definitely the coffee maker!). There are a variety of shared, private desks and substitute monitors and monitor stands that will help ensure that you are in good shape during your work. The staff is friendly and eager to assist anyone who needs help.
Excellent experience
Excellent experience. I needed a place to stay for a month in the US. Victory is perfect for good WiFi, a suitable hot desk, and meeting rooms. There are also various things for community building (that I did not use). I think that the addition of Starbucks next door would be beneficial. I'd consider using them again if I need an office space that is shared.
Lovely and tranquil
A very enthusiastic thumbs-up! Fantastic Space to work In. We had 20 people who came to participate in an event for a group, and we could comfortably fit into one of the more spacious conference rooms. The ambiance was lovely and tranquil. The rooms were great for our needs. I highly recommend Victory Workspace for any group gatherings your company or group may organize.

I worked for a month in the Laptop Lounge and loved the experience. The lounge is spotless and well-lit. The staff was always friendly. What impressed me most was the diversity of available workspaces, including cubicles, a longue tabLongued a soundproofed conference room. Whatever area I required to complete my work, I found with Laptop Lounge. But I st y suggest you bring headphones and some relaxing music. The site is usually quiet; however, now and toccata will often have conversations.
Definitely I would not recommend.
I would not recommend. Victory Workspace is overpriced ....they charge you nickel and dime for everything. The staff is not professional. If you pay for the service, you can expect better service, but it's not the case here. There are better options and companies available.
This is my ideal solution
I've been a member of the Laptop Lounge for Several Months since. This is my ideal solution. As a brand new company looking to keep my expenses in check, this location provides me with the office space I need when I need it, and I do not have to commit to renting an office. I have a post office box and business address, as well as should I require meeting customers at "my office," I can do that as well. Additionally, I have access to the conference space if I need it. As my business expands, I can use additional services through my Laptop Lounge to help me manage this growth.
Great facility
I've been an active member for many months currently. Friendly folks, great facility, centralized location for me. I planned to use this for an office from home regularly to ease the commute to work. I have discovered several opportunities to schedule meetings here in their lovely conference room to meet with vendors and customers. I also have nights here when I require an uncluttered, quiet space (4 one years old in the home) and have enjoyed having everything to myself. My productivity has dramatically increased, as has my enjoyment.
Friendly and helpful
I needed it, so opening an online office with mailboxes for my business was ideal. I discovered they had a different name and address to rent a meeting space and decided to try them. So, I contacted them, and their procedure was simple and easy. This way of keeping things organized has helped me quite a bit. I visited the office only a few times to meet with clients, and a few odds were m; however, it's been a pleasant experience that I enjoyed. Everyone was friendly and helpful; Lea at the front reception always was very friendly. The other staff members are also great (I can't recall their names).
Wonderful work space
Wonderful work space! The staff working at the reception desk are accommodating, friendly and professional. They meet my clients and take them to my office, which makes my office appear professional from the moment my customers enter. I'm a small company and operate it from my home. However, VW lets me have an experienced and comfortable office to gather in. I've had this space for a few years and have been content with it.

We've been customers of Victory Workspace since I first established my business, and I have been thrilled with it! The ease of reserving rooms, hosting clients, receiving mail, and using a reliable receptionist has been crucial to the growth of my company. We have recently worked with Spaces in South San Francisco this past year to find our office there, and Victory Workspace has so much more to offer small companies like mine. They were a massive help to my company within Walnut Creek. Walnut Creek area, and I would like to have a similar services space in South San Francisco. It's a bit different, trust me! We had a fantastic encounter this week with Victory Workspace! Leslie and her accommodating staff assisted us in scheduling and hosting a gathering for 20 Franchise Owners across the country. It was straightforward to set up and book it from far away; they even accommodated the fact that our meeting started earlier (before the time they opened) Great room set up and very simple to work with! I would recommend this location at any time!
The greatest feature of Victory Workspace
The greatest feature of Victory Workspace is having a quiet workplace even when the home is busy. The space is gorgeous and practical with plenty of outlets, cozy lounges and tables. I am a member of an Community Bronze package along with access to after-hours and it's an ideal fit since I typically work from an office throughout the day, but sometimes I require access to the office during the daytime.
When I get home, I am able to come into the lovely space , which is almost always my own whenever I have to do some research or do some work. Victory Workspace is a very professional space, but with none of the mess caused in some co-working areas due to the effort to appear fashionable.
Great to work with the staff
Since it opened, I have worked in this space every day. I can honestly say that it is a beautiful place to work every day. It's great to work with the staff.
I have had the privilege of meeting many "coworkers" in this space, and I've never met anyone who didn't like the facilities or the people.
They go out of their way to ensure that I feel comfortable. Victory Workspace is a great place to work, and I would recommend it to everyone looking for a comfortable, productive, and friendly environment.
