    I’ve spent 50 dollars on bought. Been 19 days and the object never arrived. Contact them they stated I need to touch USPS to file claim for the lost of the package. There will be no refund or alternative because of the lost of the package it’s now not underneath their problem. I like what? Y’all doing business. Shipping is below your concern. If the package deal is introduced to my residence and lost, so as to be my situation. But this bundle has in no way shipping…. So you telling me that I spending 50 bucks simply received a misplaced package deal, and I ought to known as in record claim to usps. They don’t even find out for me.

    I ordered in mid of January 2024, never acquired my item, I become informed I vaping.Com paid for delivery safety, well they were useless and told me they couldn't assist me, then I emailed vaping.Com and instructed them their shipping safety is a shaggy dog story and they spoke back through pronouncing they may look into it in addition, they did REFUND MY MONEY, maybe my order was simply lost.

    I placed an order for a smok Novo kit a week ago but I haven't received a tracking code to track it. This means that they are still processing my purchase. Customer support was my worst experience. It took 3 days before I received a response when my initial email was received. Each time I contact them and wait for 20 minutes to get an agent to respond, I.e if they answer any time. I would not Ben so upset, but I purchased the 1-3-day priority shipping.

    Dreadful Customer Service and Delayed Delivery

    The worst customer experience I've had with an online vape shop. My purchase was made on December. 1st and they debited my credit card, however after 12 days (it states 2-5 days for delivery) I have contacted them numerous times over the past few days and only get a automated response. I finally asked the company to charge my account and will wait to check to see if they can do that. I don't think they're a good choice in any way and if the refund doesn't show up, I'll also contact the BBBand advising them to stay away!!

    The order was made on the 19th of October and was due to be delivered on the 6th of December, and it hasn't been paid. The customer service emails were exceptionally infrequent. They claimed the item was received and gave me a photo of their signature, which was not mine. I tried to claim credit and was told by the bank that I had received the package. The most unprofessional customer service I've encountered keeps clear of their website.

    I am still happy. The tax and the fact that I need to pay for a signature of an adult twice is 37 dollars, and I have to pay 67 dollars is absurd. However, it's at least I get my goods. Absolutely a return client

    I am delighted with their Customer service and the efforts to ensure I got my parcel. There were some issues with the shipping companies, and I called to inquire about the delays. I was offered a reimbursement immediately, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive the package on the same day. It was well more than worth it!

    I have had multiple issues with orders from vaping.com. Last year, I placed an order for 20 bottles of e-liquid, which was never sent, despite numerous delays and emails. Recently, I accidentally placed another order for 15 bottles, and it has been weeks with no update. This company is a scam, and I advise everyone to avoid it. I have email receipts and tracking numbers to prove it. Do not use this site.

    I placed an order with vaping.com in October, which is now December, and I still have not received my order. The customer service has been prolonged, and they even provided a fake signature as proof of delivery. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Stay away from this company.

    I had a terrible experience with vaping.com. The website was difficult to use, and the shipping took forever, even though I paid for priority shipping. When my order finally arrived, the device was defective, and the juice was low quality. I tried to contact customer service to get an exchange, but it was a joke. They never followed up on my issue; their response was always a generic email. I would avoid this company at all costs.

    I sent that email. I've been trying for my goods from them for nearly three weeks, and their customer service keeps telling me that they will deliver them and directs me to an online tracking link. The link hasn't been changed in the past eight days, and customer service has stopped communicating with me. They have no contact information and insist on me returning the item I didn't receive for full reimbursement. I had to take this issue to my bank because I haven't heard from them and have been neglected since last week, despite being assured by a supervisor that he'd personally supervise my purchase. Ensure you stay away from this website; you'll thank me later.

    The photos don't match their products. They have been fighting with me over an exchange and shipping information for several weeks. The picture of what I bought shows that the coils are included; however,, they claim they're not. They offer you which coils to use! Ridiculous, rude people

    There was no notification that the items were shipped, but everything was delivered within the timeframe I was informed of. I would like to have known it was born, but that's not an issue. A bottle broke and leaked throughout the rest of the bottles. Nothing significant, but I had to get it cleaned up and didn't have to lose much juice.

    Support was accommodating for my error

    My order hasn't arrived yet. However, I realized that I had placed an order for the wrong pods just a few hours after I made my order.

    So I contacted support and asked whether it was possible to exchange the incorrect pods that I ordered with the same amount for the suitable pods that I required or refund or cancel my order to get credits to the store (since I had planned to purchase the correct pods anyway) And Taylor returned my call within a matter of 12 hours and informed me that my purchase was canceled. My debit card will be reimbursed within a couple of days.

    It was a blessing that I had enough cash to purchase the correct pods, so I'll likely write a review once they arrive.

    It is a pain waiting for your credit card to be returned. However, being in an environment where we are often required to erase swipes from our cards, I am aware that this sort of thing is not under our control as a retailer and usually has more to do with your bank than the person who refunds you.

    In addition, I would like to note that I had to cancel or change my order due to an error I made, so I am grateful for the customer service team's willingness to work with my request.
