I had to take this issue to my bank because I haven't heard from them and have been neglected since last week, despite being assured by a supervisor that he'd personally supervise my purchase. There was no notification that the items were shipped, but everything was delivered within the timeframe I was informed of. I would like to have known it was born, but that's not an issue. A bottle broke and leaked throughout the rest of the bottles. Nothing significant, but I had to get it cleaned up and didn't have to lose much juice.
My order hasn't arrived yet. However, I realized that I had placed an order for the wrong pods just a few hours after I made my order.
So I contacted support and asked whether it was possible to exchange the incorrect pods that I ordered with the same amount for the suitable pods that I required or refund or cancel my order to get credits to the store (since I had planned to purchase the correct pods anyway) And Taylor returned my call within a matter of 12 hours and informed me that my purchase was canceled. My debit card will be reimbursed within a couple of days.
It was a blessing that I had enough cash to purchase the correct pods, so I'll likely write a review once they arrive.
It is a pain waiting for your credit card to be returned. However, being in an environment where we are often required to erase swipes from our cards, I am aware that this sort of thing is not under our control as a retailer and usually has more to do with your bank than the person who refunds you.
In addition, I would like to note that I had to cancel or change my order due to an error I made, so I am grateful for the customer service team's willingness to work with my request.
