    Never received a response

    I purchased a pair of shoes for an Indian wedding. I chose the next-day delivery (and the cost was paid). After trying several times to get delivery with the courier service, I discovered the issue was that Unze had not provided the complete address. While doing this research, I attempted to reach Unze with no results. I tried emailing their customer support but never received a response. I phoned the customer service number, and the woman on the other end of the line said they would contact me, but no one returned my call. The shoes were delivered a week after (too early for the pruning). Also, the size of the shoes is not big enough, even though the size is listed as 10. I'll never purchase at them again.

    Not received the package

    I've just posted my personal experiences on this blog. I placed an order for delivery using express delivery at an additional PS6.95. Tracking information shows Royal Mail expecting it, but they have not received the package. Royal Mail spokesperson said the business account could issue a tracking number without delivering an item to us. I asked them to respond with no solution, but in my opinion, their customer service has been good. That's what I experienced here.

    They were the same but identical

    Please listen; I ordered two slippers; they were the same but identical. However, the slippers that I ordered were different. The sizes are the same. The slippers I ordered were sent, two slippers instead of the other, which were beige colour.1 was fine, but we'd like another with that color only.

    Fantastic work this company

    Fantastic work this company has done, and I'm delighted. I love the design, and the design is beautiful. I received my shoes in 2/3 days, and it was delivered on time and never had shoes that were this comfortable. Allah provides you with a gift for your hard work.

    I asked for a refund and no apology.

    I do not want anyone else to experience the same issues I encountered when shopping at Unze online. I ordered an item online and received an email confirming the dispatch. The day the thing was scheduled for delivery, I received an email that said the article was unavailable and that I could find a different item or return it. I requested a refund and was informed they would process it within seven working days. It's been two months since I asked for a refund and no apology. I will never repeat the same mistake the same thing again. I've learned my lesson.

    I took a refund instead of an exchange

    I purchased shoes from this site, and the sizing wasn't correct when they arrived. Returning them was exorbitant, and the company was prolonged when processing my return. Ultimately, after a bad experience with poor customer service, I took a refund instead of an exchange. I won't be purchasing shoes from this company the next time!

    It a horrible service

    I've had a horrible customer experience with Unze. I've returned several pairs of shoes because they were too large and haven't received any refund. After contacting Unze to follow up multiple times, I've been ignored and find it a horrible service. It's not enough to make me want to buy from Unze again or even recommend them.

    I had issues with the promo code

    I appreciate your help! I bought a voucher from Groupon to get a discount on shoes. I had issues with the promo code, which were resolved. However, it took some time as I didn't believe the person I was speaking to could understand my English or, if they didn't, weren't paying enough attention to what I was saying! The issue was resolved eventually, so my sneakers are hopefully getting there!

    Making customer fool

    Stupid they​ are. I can't explain in my words how they behave. Making customer fool by telling them about their so-called 365 days exchange policy where they didn't allow me to exchange even after the next day. They give me a faulty product, and when I ask for an exchange, they put glue on my shoes without asking me: cheater and rubbish people.

    There is no refund

    They are Fraud!! Don't ever refund you. Worse store ever! I ordered three pairs of shoes during sales. All were incorrect sizes. When I returned them after two months, I have not received a refund. They stated that yes, they received the returned items. If I call them, they send me through to a female Madeaha, who says they will reimburse me within the next five working days. Still, after two months, there is no refund. Avoid these. Do not buy anything with them. They are Frauds!!!

    This was a waste of time and money

    Terrible service when it came to returning the item and providing me with a message. They took 32 days to refund me, but they didn't give the refund. I returned two items, and they took 32 days. They then said they had received one thing when I sent them both simultaneously; I was fortunate that they were only 10 pounds each. This was a waste of time and money. Be very cautious when you buy from them again. RUBBISH service

    The most comfortable pair of shoes

    I bought five sets of footwear in Unze London. They are exactly as the photo shows. All of the shoes are gorgeous, elegant, and comfortable. In short, I'd claim that this is the most comfortable pair of shoes I've had the pleasure of wearing the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. If you're searching for longevity, comfort, and durability, the shoes of this brand are the ideal option to consider.

    I called Unze customer service to complain

    The shoes I bought were too big and had returned. I called Unze customer service to complain, but they're not interested in the matter, and the manager never showed up. Unze customer service assured me that they would refund the postage cost for the return, which was the customer PS13.14 (already paid PS6.99 shipping on the purchase). They now say they will not reimburse me for PS13.14 return postage, so I've spent a total of PS20 for shipping costs while the shoes are PS20 each.

    Customer service is terrible

    Customer service is terrible; you are completely ignored when requesting a refund. It is a SCAM. I've contacted them both via telephone and email but got no response. I haven't received a refund or even a confirmation. Do not ever purchase. It is better to buy it elsewhere, even if it costs more. I'm thinking of reporting them, but I will not return to them again.

    The shoes are unique and of high quality

    The shoes are unique and of high quality, and the design styles are distinctive and stunning. I wasn't sure of the size of the shoes, so I purchased two pairs of shoes online. I returned the pair that was unfit after two months. They replaced it with no concerns and refunded me within one week. I am still thinking, are they indeed from Earth .....???

    Company is very nice

    I'm so amazed by the print and quality; I am entirely in love with these shoes and excited to buy more next week. This is because my feet feel amazing. I'm not even feeling tired after wearing these, and I am getting my order in just three working days, and the shipping time is speedy. The company is very nice

    You won't be disappointed.

    I first discovered Unze in 2014 as I was planning my wedding. I've never used one in London since that. I buy my traditional khussa at least a few times each year. The products are always exactly as they say and shipped on time. I highly recommend one in London. You won't be disappointed.

    Poor customer service.

    Poor customer service. I purchased the shoes, and they began to fall off after a week. When I approached them, I was asked to provide proof of purchase that I supplied, but they didn't believe me and stated that our customers had abused our products and demanded a refund so that you could be among them. So please send us the shoes back and pay for the delivery(already it's expensive). If we think that it wasn't your fault, then we'll give you a reimbursement. Also, they will contact you on weekends, disrupt your weekend, and blame you for the defective shoes... Could you not spend your time with them? They are inferior in quality and have poor customer service. They will require you to leave favorable feedback. In addition to buying, they won't even let you try because they know what they are offering...

    I ordered four pairs of shoes and only received two of them

    I ordered four pairs of shoes and only received two of them. I contacted customer service numerous times but got no response. I initiated a dispute in the PayPal resolution center, where they said they would process my refund within 72 hours, but they did not give me a refund, even after two months. PayPal reimbursed my money, but luckily, it's not just about one particular order. They had done the same thing twice, three times, when I placed an order.

    I don't see the email customer support extremely bad

    When I purchased the shoes, they were too large, so I returned them. I haven't yet received any returned money, and I've repeatedly sent an email with a voice message. I've sent all the information in the email, but I don't see the email. Customer support is terrible.

    Tallmenshoes never disappointment me

    This is my second order and 2nd order. Tallmenshoes never disappoint me. They arrived on time and quickly (to imagine that I live in Saudi Arabia). The shoes were comfortable, stylish, and stylish!

    Excellent selection

    Horrible experience

    I wish I could give a zero, but I am unable to. It was a horrible experience. I am still waiting for my refund promised two weeks earlier. I placed an order with next-day shipping and paid PS5.99, and then nothing was delivered.

    When I did make contact with them about it. I was told, "it's a pandemic and out of a stock item," and I was promised a refund at the end of the week, which I didn't and am still receiving the identical excuse.

    It's awful when people suffer during this epidemic, and then you are scammed by strangers! I was looking to purchase my baby girl shoes to celebrate their first Eid!

    ALSO, after receiving the email to confirm my purchase, I did not receive any information about the cancellation of my order, etc.! Awful service and a horrible experience. We wouldn't recommend it.
