It wasn't a pleasant beginning. I was accused of stealing papers. I was then questioned about my identity. I was not able to receive a letter promptly as promised. I was told I could get a credit amount to my account. I requested a full reimbursement by the website's policies that I had a right to one. But no response until now. Unacceptable; I've spent my money, time, and still NO Paper!
