Poor Customer Service
My wife ordered thermal bib tights for wintry weather using as yule pressie. Less than eight weeks later and with minimal use the zip has broke. Contacted motorbike save who at the start refused to cover fee of go back postage £four.10. Several terse emails later they sooner or later agree to cover go back postage after pointing out to them that this is genuinely the regulation. The response obtained through e mail became " we are biking professionals now not legal professionals".
Sorry but if you are promoting online you then need to recognise your customers rights beneath UK regulation. A shocking display of lack of awareness and vanity. With snotty unsigned emails besides. Will not purchase from them again and am nonetheless watching for substitute items as they could no longer refund like I asked even though it's inside my felony rights as they provided a defective product.
Very Poor Service

Incomplete Assembly, Incorrect Shipments
The site has a variety of discounts and offers that are good, but is expensive. I was offered a solution for having the bike mounted fully after which I was required visit a bike repair shop to get it fully assembled. They would not return the money.
I received some items and then sent me incorrect ones. Hopefully after a few complaints, I was sent the right items. The bike that they offered me was damaged after only 2 months. I demanded it be to be repaired or replaced for free of cost, but they were unable to take me to the repair facility, and referred me to the company that made of the bicycle. Beware at all cost!!
No effect was obtained
I purchased a product that was not available. I received a notification saying they would get it in approximately one month. Two months later, no effect was obtained, and there was no communication. They had still my cash (sent via paypal, so they weren't breaking the law charge on my credit card before sending items). I requested a refund.
A affordable cost
I purchased a bike lock from them for a affordable cost. The item arrived on time as they stated (couple of days from the supplier). The item was not charged until it was shipped. I would use them again, but according to a recommendation from another customer, I did call first to confirm the availability.

Still waiting for my refund
I bought a rock-n-roll skewer, but instead, they gave me the wheelsets that they returned, only to discover the website was incorrect. They couldn't provide the items I requested.d therefore,e I asked for a refund and received them back on the same day and an email with a confirmation. Nothing has indeed happened. Email notifications are not answered, and saying that the service is horrible is an understatement. I am still waiting for my refund. Don't go with this company. Spend your money elsewhere. It's a complete s**t.
I will never use this company again!
I bought a bike helmet on behalf of my little girl. Five days later, I'm still waiting. When I call them to inquire about the order, their phone is always on hold without a call-back option. I've sent them an email. I am awaiting a response. They don't even email you to confirm that items have been shipped. I will never use this company again!

They can take weeks to reply to emails. They refused to acknowledge that my product (giro bicycle helmet) was defective in manufacturing (I returned it to them for an inspection). It has taken me five months to attempt and find a solution, but they're now just not listening to me. And they wear my helmet! Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with the cowboys. They're shockingly terrible.

I ordered knee pads and received knee pads. The bolts have been damaged in the places. Also, there was a mark on the rear of one site. I informed by email, but there was no reply for two days, then phone and spoke with someone. They said they have procedures for returns. Stick to their protocol and return the pads, not even the shipping cost, which is shocking! Never again. I never took any photographs to show my argument, as they advised me to return them.

UK Bike Store dug me out of a rut and provided a replacement roc-loc for the top-of-the-line Giro helmet in record time for an item that was not expected to arrive in inventory for several weeks. Great job. The component was also unavailable from many of the more well-known bike shop suppliers who didn't need to know. I spoke to them over the phone, and they provided me with the correct guidance on the component. Excellent.
This is not a delivery tomorrow!
Be cautious when purchasing for the delivery next day option at the UK Bike store at PS4.99. It may be next-day delivery when they receive the item two days later. My delivery took four working days in total. Two days for the UK bike shop to receive the article and two days to get it. This is not a delivery tomorrow!
Didn't help
I placed an order for an item listed as being in stock and ready for shipping on the site for next-day delivery at 1 pm. When the package didn't come, I called customer service to inform them that the item wasn't available and that they were too busy to notify me. The customer service representative was understanding, but it didn't help.

The company offered the finest and fastest mail order I've ever had on the Isle of Man, and living here means that online shopping is a way of life.
I made two purchases this week. The first arrived within 48 hours, however I was returned because I had ordered the wrong item.
The second order was dispatched the same day within a couple of hours after I placed it.
This meant that it crossed the water and arrived in the early hours of this morning.
The item I returned was returned yesterday, but I received an email from them to inform me that the refund was processed this morning.
