Exceptional Beauty
Alessandro's photographs in his books The White Bull on the Highway and Eleuthera The Garden of Freedom are simply breathtaking.He is a master to capture the natural nature of the landscape and the simple and unpretentious scenes which are what make Eleuthera and its amazing people just as beautiful as they can be.
After having been on the island for a brief period of time Alessandro's pictures have me reconnected with fond memories of the "everyday life moments" that make Eleuthera an important spot in my heart it has, and the reason it is why I'll forever call Eleuthera my home. I am an artist too, and his beautifully framed art along with its beautiful colors and amazing lighting really inspire me to create! Bravo Lonesome Photographer! !
A Disappointing Depiction of Eleuthera
I cannot fathom the hype surrounding this book. It claims to capture the "true essence" of Eleuthera, but all I found within its pages were clichéd and over-edited photographs that did little justice to the real beauty of the place.
The so-called stunning photos are nothing more than a collection of generic shots you can find on any travel website. There's a lack of authenticity in portraying Eleuthera's beaches and its people. It feels like the photographer relied heavily on post-processing to create a false sense of perfection, completely missing the raw and unfiltered charm that makes Eleuthera unique.
I had high expectations based on the recommendation but was sorely disappointed. The book lacks depth, providing only a superficial glimpse into the island. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a genuine and meaningful exploration of Eleuthera. Save your money for a more authentic representation of this beautiful destination.
I had a terrible experience with this company
I had a terrible experience with this company. They took months to send me my pictures and sent the wrong university mounts. Customer service is non-existent, with long wait times and no refunds for their mistake
They make a perfect present
Five stars aren't enough. I contacted the company after my sister came across the photo book of Alessandro that she had wanted to use to commemorate her wedding day in the Bahamas (married in an elbow cay). We couldn't locate the book online to buy.
I emailed Alessandro looking for a shop I could purchase online. However, he instead did more than I expected and suggested printing an entire book for me to modify the design. He even let me include the dedication page and add additional photos of elbow cay.
He was way above and beyond what I could have ever expected from a person, and I'm grateful more than this review could say. The photographs included in the book are more stunning in person. They make a perfect present. I will purchase with him shortly and look forward to his future work.
