They've competitive expenses with different movers in town; they are not the most inexpensive nor are they maximum high priced. I had problem contacting them and locking within the flow dates as they often do now not go back phone calls. Upon transferring out of garage, they damaged pieces of furniture.
After filling out the office work for restitution, I in no way heard from them again. They were pleasant enough to get my enterprise, I had problem coordinating transferring dates, and whilst it got here time to solve my furnishings damage they could not be observed. In my opinion they're most effective desirable for small actions and not massive ones.
Not Recommended
I have experienced sizable economic losses due to the actions of Texas Top Movers, which I consider have been fraudulent in nature. I scheduled a pass with Texas Top Movers on January 25th at 9am. However, at the day of the flow, they didn't touch me to advise that they would not be showing up till I known as after 10am. I requested if they may come subsequent week or later in the event that they were given their truck running, but wanting to transport that day, I employed others to assist.
I asked my deposit be refunded again to me, and now it is been months later. I've been calling each other day for a reimbursement, but there have been disputes with my financial institution. The bank stated that Texas Top Movers said I received my items in precise condition while it truly is not the case. I propose in opposition to reserving this business enterprise as they will provide you with the runaround.
Not the Stress-Free Move I Hoped For
I recently used Texas Top Movers and had a frustrating experience. Communication became very difficult after being sold on their direct trucks and movers. The move ended up being delayed by six days past their original estimate, with the new 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. window on a Wednesday - not ideal for most working people.
Since I couldn't be there during the day, I had to pay extra for wait time when they finally arrived around 7 p.m. The giant truck also couldn't fit down my street, so I incurred an additional cost for a smaller moving van.
Throughout the process, I had trouble getting responses when I contacted them for updates and my final receipt. The team who finally delivered my belongings was, but overall, this move brought unnecessary stress and expenses.
I can only speak from my own experience. But based on this, I would caution others to lock down firm dates and get guarantees in writing upfront. Confirm parking access, too. Moving is already so hectic, and lacking communication made this experience harder. I hope this helps anyone considering using Texas Top Movers to go in informed and prepared with questions.
Furniture was not protected or covered during the relocation
Furniture was not protected or covered during the relocation. My table was scratched, damaged, cracked, and scored during the relocation (very evident). The flat TV screen was cracked. Boxes weren't treated with care, and the items were improperly placed into the trucks and moved into the new house. Cabinets went off from one of the furniture pieces (though the cabinet was removed in moving). In addition, I was charged an additional 40 percent "tip" that was added to my bill. I'm not sure if they have any good reviews.
Horrible Service
The communication with this company was poor to non-existent and delivery of my items was almost a month late with several boxes broken and multiple items missing. Several of our items were broken or destroyed. The staff displayed very little empathy and appeared to only care about getting their money and not the harm and inconvenience that they had caused me and my family. They refuse to be accountable for the missing or broken items that they had in their possession for an excessive amount of time, to the point of them refusing to mediate and resolve this issue forcing us to get a lawyer in hopes that the cost would make us go away. This company is horrible and their methods of taking advantage of their customers is criminal. This experience was horrifying and very traumatic to me and my family in several ways. If you care about your personal items, livelihood, mental stress, traumatic experiences to you and your family then PLEASE do NOT use this company.
They were punctual and were extremely careful
Particular thanks to Patrick and the team who moved us! They were punctual and cautious, and strategic regarding every step they took. They needed to travel between two locations before arriving at our new home and complete it within the exact time they claimed they would need. They're true professionals in the field of moving. I highly recommend them to anyone.
They did an amazing job in moving us couple of days ago
They did a fantastic job in moving us couple of days ago, when I had to move out of New York to Europe briefly to work. They showed up on time for time and were pleasant and friendly to me. Within a matter of hours, they helped me get entirely from my previous home and loaded my things carefully onto their vans. Everyone was amiable, and, as you've probably guessed, even shipping stuff across the world is complex, which is the stress of moving. Throughout the entire procedure, it was satisfying to feel my safety was assured and that I could count on them. I'll use them again next time I'm forced to relocate.

These guys are fantastic! I was afraid that moving from Chicago in the US to Germany could be awful, But thanks to Shepard, they made it a breeze! They were there for me throughout the entire process and are highly affordable. Professional and efficient as well. It was easy to communicate with as well. They arrived on time on the move date and transferred everything across the county without issues! They took excellent care of my belongings. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs the services of a mover!

The most unpleasant experience
The most unpleasant experience I've ever experienced. Unprofessional. Once I made my purchase, I could confirm the time, location, time, and even specifics, but nothing was ever done—unfulfilled promises, cars that were not on time, and a rude salesperson. The result was that I was stuck in the streets for weeks! It's incredible how something that seems clean and neat can become so filthy once you look at it. I'm not sure what it would take to rate these people with a negative score since they failed in every way.

The movers arrived promptly when I was moving. They wrapped and packed everything flawlessly and carried all my possessions in one piece without scratching at the final destination. I inspected the inventory and couldn't see any reason for me to be dissatisfied. I am incredibly grateful to this fantastic moving company for a flawlessly executed move.
