There were a few issues with paying back the money because the account was frozen by check. Still, it was fortunately and with a lot of luck when I contacted customer service of test strips, they solved the issue within just a few moments, and I received the payment entirely.

We would recommend this company. It is straightforward to sell to, fast in providing shipping labels and taking Paypal payments. We look forward to seeing them get additional payment options, Zelle, Venmo, etc., and not .having to pay Paypal the fee.

The box had been damaged
I received an order I submitted, but they informed me that the box had been damaged. They did not give me the correct amount of cash. They also paid me with a check. This was to be a payment that I would have received through the Pay Pal account. If the package was damaged, it wasn't from me, probably from postal service personnel. From now on, I'll be taking pictures to show that I did not damage the box after they were delivered. Also, I'll tell anyone else to snap photos to prevent this from happening to you in any way.

They responded to all my problems, and I felt comfortable sending my product in. They then confirmed the delivery and processing information and sent me a check... I've not yet received it; however, it was sent out, and I'm confident I'll be receiving it. If not, they'll send me another. There is nothing to worry about with this business.

I have sent my test strips to the company accidentally. I wanted a check and I contacted the company to switch it to PayPal.
The woman I spoke with told me that there was no issue and the issue was resolved. Now it's been two days since I've not had my funds.
I called today and spoke with Lisa and, of course, she was not a pleasant person to speak to.

If I knew I was going to lose money, I wouldn't have made use of PayPal. You can certainly get your money faster than with a check, but not at the risk of losing money during the process. Since it's only been a week or less, the cost is higher for the things I've shipped.
