My fantastic experience was that I'd accidentally canceled a show, so I made contact. After hours, I called but was informed that someone would assist me with my problem. I was asked if you recall the episode's title side, and I responded appropriately. Since yesterday, I'm pleased to announce that the attack is now available. Bravo to the group.
Spreaker did not raise copyright
Spreaker allowed me to play popular mp3s and wave music files I owned and bought for my radio show Spreaker did not raise copyright concerns as they monetized my content using their ads. I subscribed to Spreaker each year for enjoyment with family and friends. The content was used, and I complied with the Fair Use Law. I asked them if they could obtain the material, but they didn't reply in response to the request. I'm pissy!!
It is not a good deal
It's been fantastic to provide audiobooks from my point of view. But one thing I don't like is the monetization. It is not a good deal of money based on the number of opinions . There isn't a lot of money here.

They will charge you with a renewal notice an entire year in advance and will not reimburse the payment even if you've moved your podcast just a year prior! It's incredibly unfair to charge for services that are not provided and treat customers poorly. Avoid Spreaker! Libsyn is much better!!

I noticed that Speaker had altered the user (used as a tiny one located in the right-hand corner of the web browser) to one that takes up the entire lower part of the webpage. Also, I noticed the control for volume on the left was removed. I asked why, since if you're listening, you don't have an independently controlled volume control as you have with a tablet or phone. They said they'd look into the issue for me. Perhaps they'll send it back? I appreciate their prompt response and understanding.

I'm only beginning - two podcasts, three episodes. The episode I made was for an incorrect podcast. I posted a chat with Help. The next day, I received the solution via email. It worked. I was hesitant to follow the instructions in writing since I was concerned that if I'd delete things, I did not wish to be deleted. I would delete Telephone Help to ask questions while being guided. With the monthly subscription fee paid, I believe Spreaker should be able to provide live/telephone help.

The customer service is fantastic, and the backgrounds of features are too; however, I believe it could use more UX/UI to make it user-friendly—a better dashboard design. Reduce buttons to make it easier for an individual to upload their episode using only a few clicks. This could be useful. Additionally, an enterprise plan we're investing in. We prefer to access more data and would like to see the speaker team continue developing and testing pilots in collaboration with production companies such as ours.

In just an entire week, my company's podcast is being played on Spotify, Apple, Google, iHeart, etc. So, I'm awestruck. Also, I think the free account I'm currently on is very generous. I'm looking at the next level up (I appreciate the excellent pricing) that will allow me to monetize without signing up for monetization accounts from outside and so on. It is a highly unprofessional platform
I set up my account, loaded my podcasts, and it did well for one night. The next day, they shut down my account, removed my podcast, and blocked my email address without any advice. Their Technical Support does not respond to my messages. I wouldn't endorse Spreaker for anything. It is a highly unprofessional platform.

After logging in to the account on my Spreaker account, I saw an orange note on my screen that said an email was sent to me to confirm my account. I didn't receive the email and continued to click to send it again until I was removed from my account. I was so worried that I'd made it worse. I then decided that I should wait until the next day to attempt to log in.
The next day I could log in to my account using the same note on the page asking me to confirm. After a few minutes, I wrote to Spreaker for assistance and submitted the image that explained my issue. Spreaker replied via email, and an answer was sent to my email address to confirm. I was able to verify the authenticity of Spreaker's assistance. Spreaker is excellent at helping you when you require assistance. Thank you, Spreaker.
