Haven't received a response
I purchased Nic salt on November 23rd and never received it. It has never been a problem before his, so I've written an email to address it but haven't received a response. It could be due to USPS delays. It was scheduled to arrive on or before November 28th. I hope it comes before I run out of supplies, or else I'll need to begin shopping locally to go further
Never respond
I ordered BOGO-free juice about two months ago, but they haven't delivered it. I've left and emailed over 70 messages, but they haven't answered. I was charged for this already. Avoid ordering from here, as they'll scam you and never respond. Don't buy anything from this site.

I will never buy from you again
I thought this brand was good until I got a unit that came with faulty pods. They melted after one usage. I called customer support two times to inquire about what was wrong, as I thought it was a one-time issue. There was no time to get a response from their customer support team. I received an email asking me to look over the solace, and here's what it said. I feel bothered when you fail at every level, not just customer service. I will never buy from you again.

We are not big fans of flavors
We are not big fans of flavors of menthol to "kick the habit." I have tried peppermint and mint; both taste more like chemicals than flavor, and nothing the menthol cigarettes. Also, what's the suggestion for replacing the cartridge after five refills? No cost at all when as compared to purchasing from my local vape shop or the other products with cartridges that can be replaced:(

Hi, Solace vapor is the most excellent salt NOV juice produced; I tried it at a smoke shop and was amazed! They don't have it anymore, and every other shop I've visited has never known about it, blowing me off my feet. The first time I tried it, I fell over it. The flavor is simple to add to your device and extremely strong. The scent is intense and powerful. The flavor was also strong; they have unique flavors such as vanilla bean that tastes like cream soda, and when you mix it with any flavor cr, create a basic one. The other flavor is peppermint patty, which tastes like a Girl Scout chocolate mint cookie, which is my favorite. The Latte tha,t tastes exactly like coffee, offering other flavors, such as mango, strawberry, and butterscotch. I have heard that they also make cinnamon flavor, but I have isn't tasted it yet. I am in love with the strawberry taste
I love the strawberry taste—the perfect amount of nicotine I need. I'm getting ready to reduce my dosage of nicotine shortly. I will be ordering Solace strawberry time and time again. Mango is also delicious! The flavor of the vape juice smells and tastes good to me. I've purchased peppermint patty lemonade, butterscotch, vanilla bean, and creamy tobacco for those difficult days when I want to smoke a cigarette. I prefer juice over smoking cigarettes tha, which links to Solace. I've smoked two packs every day for 31 years. You know what? .... you can teach an older dog some new tricks! Lol

I've been buying solace for the past year. The juices were excellent until recently. New federal regulations forced them to modify something. I've tried a wide variety of fresh flavors. They're all very bland and lack flavor. It's a huge disappointment.
This is tremendous assistance
I bought more than 12 bottles of juice over the course that was about an entire year. There was no issue. When I tried to make an order, it told me, "Billing zip code does not match processor," and I logged over 100 dollars in a waiting transaction in my account for three days. When I contacted them via email, the reply I received "I don't know why that would happen. I can see you've ordered from us before." This is tremendous assistance. My opinion of this company is not too. Don't.

The item was delivered on time. The lanyard included was a pleasant surprise, but it broke with the most significant hole in it. I cannot use it, and it will likely end up in a drawer, not in the trash. There was also an opening in the bag that contained the oils. Luckily, there weren't any punctures on the tiny containers.

I am highly skeptical of the juice I bought
I am highly skeptical of the juice I bought. It is delicious. However, there's a downside. Its color changes. The butterscotch I bought off the internet changed to dark brown, and the tobacco I purchased at a local vape shop changed to a reddish brown color. When it was turned to paint, the taste dwindled, and it began to cause a burning sensation in my throat and chest, which made me doubtful about using the product again.

I am a massive fan of Solace products. However, the website is frustrating. I purchased a juice bottle and was told I could track the delivery using an app I'd never tried. The email doesn't contain any USPS Tracking number. It's been two days, and no status or other information has changed. After a day, my other order with a different company stated that it had been delivered. (Same app). I thought my package would arrive today. Therefore, I don't know when it's supposed to come. I'm out of juice. If it's not here today, I'll be highly disappointed. There's a certain satisfaction and joy when you can track your package.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
The apple watermelon menthol was a perfect flavor. The lemon drop was akin to lemon heads. The sea salt blueberry was incredible. I've never had a nic sal with ocean water before, and I can confidently say it is much cleaner's a dirty mix with these guys; I HIGHLY recommend it.

The wrong item is 2 of the four articles. The packaging slip indicates what I ordered, however. I thought it could be an attempt to substitute the Strawberry, but Peruvian Tobacco could not be replaced for Strawberry. Lol. I'll keep buying Solace. However, it will be through the Vape Shop, not online.

In the container I received to hold the juice for vaping, the cap had melted due to the heat of transport, I think, but I was unable to open it and needed to break it up and cut it into pieces to access the liquid. I prefer caps that aren't as vulnerable to temperatures.
The product itself is fantastic
I placed an order for four salt nic bottles, and the tracking number for this order went live on the day the order was made (December 16th). However, it's nearly a week since the delivery date (December 23rd), and the product isn't shipped. The tracking shows that it's pre-shipment, but Post Office hasn't yet received the package. I wrote customer support on Monday morning but haven't had any responresponsibilityhe the past 24 hours. I'm not very satisfied with this purchase at the moment. The product itself is fantastic because I can get it from local vendors; however, the experience of buying direct has left me much unsatisfied.

My first experience buying directly from Solace was great... The 2-for-1 sale for July 4th was fantastic, and the delivery was slightly more than I had hoped. They also called me to confirm the age of my purchase. I was happy with that from a good governance standpoint.
Wasn't very excellent
Lemonade was a nice drink. Mint, given how highly rated it, wasn't very excellent. I would have thought it could be more settled, but it's mighty and tastes like a medication. You also must purchase an entirely new bottle (Nord) to change the flavor since the taste persists regardless.

Solace is my absolute favorite
Solace is my absolute favorite. The best flavors and prices! My only issue is that they don't utilize UPS or FedEx to deliver the order. If they use USPS, the charge is always delayed by longer because it goes through my area and then goes toward Los Angeles before coming back to Death Valley.

My husband purchased four different juices during BOGO. He placed his order for the BOGO sale on September 5th and chose the 1-day shipping option, we are now on September 8th, and I haven't received an email about the delivery of the order. My husband and I have emailed this company and left messages for customer service but haven't received an answer. I've read many great reviews and was excited to try this product. However, I am highly disappointed with the insufficient communication I've received.

I was surprised, to be honest, when I logged in to the website to discover that everything had changed. Perhaps I didn't notice the change happening. I found that all of my favorite flavors were gone. However, I followed the company's advice regarding similar flavors and was incredibly disappointed. I prefer that Man line for its very delicious taste. In my opinion, the new flavors aren't there. It's like they did not add it to the mix. I've always utilized Solace Products, but I'm thI think I need to test other brands for the first time since I began vaping nearly three years ago. I'm not sure about that. Concerning deliveries and customer service is concerned, this company cannot be outdone.

SOLACE MINT - Wonderful flavor! I tried to purchase more, but it won't deliver to MA. It is unclear why this Ban applies to everyone who is legally able to buy vape products. The tobacco industry will boom once more. Except... that you don't heed the shipping restrictions, which make it illegal to purchase vape products legally.

I'm a former smoker of 50 years and am now a non-smoker for five months, and I'm currently using Solace Bold Tobacco Nic Salts. I did lots of research before purchasing and constantly heard the word Solace. The delivery time is rapid, the costs are reasonable, and it's a good product.
