Poor goods, leather doesn't peel but scs leather does,. Fabric comes away and looks a mess. Look on Facebook for scs reviews. Once you have paid and complain they don't want to know. Shouldn't be allowed to trade
Stay Away From ScS Sofas
Went to reserve a 2 seater sofa from SCS, Delivery charge of £ninety nine which I thought ridiculous, going thru checkout it states there can be an additional price as I am out with their regular transport location and they might telephone once the order became placed. I am 18 miles east of Inverness. I determined to cellphone them before placing the order and glad I did. The total shipping charge would be £200, Needless to mention I will not be managing this company.
Absolutely Horrific
Absolutely horrific. Got scammed and had delivered extras placed onto the order without our know-how. £285 of extras, which the employee Cath by no means mentioned with us and introduced it on by using herself. She known as with the fee of £2068 over the telephone at which factor we had in no way sat all the way down to even order or discuss, later seemed through receipts to discover the couch changed into really best £1799 and we paid £2068 due to the fact she determined we wanted stick on ft, cleaning kits, premium warranty and so on and so forth among different matters. Deceptive, and lies, still no manager has contacted me to discuss this after being advised 3 times the manager would touch me.
Poor Quality, False Promises
Appalling experience! I made the mistake of investing $2300 in a supposedly high-end suite, and within just two months, the arms went completely flat. When I contacted customer service at SCS, they sent someone over to inspect it, only to be told that I hadn't taken care of it properly. Ridiculous, considering the arms were fixed and not meant to be adjusted.
The salesperson assured us of a 10-year lifespan, but the reality is that the sofa couldn't even withstand half a year. The poor quality and false promises have left me regretting my decision. Unless you enjoy throwing away your hard-earned money and dealing with subpar furniture, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for your sofa needs. I'm searching for a new one, as this experience has been nothing short of disappointing.
Excellent service
Charley and Matty were fantastic and very professional, and they demonstrated how to assemble and disassemble it if required. The suite was delivered at the right time. I received a text message notification, after which the driver rang to provide the exact timing. Excellent service, delighted.

Very friendly
The salesperson was very friendly. However, they had commissioned their sofas since we were also escorted downstairs. She didn't allow us to leave the store to think about it. We eventually purchased the couch that was what we wanted it to be. We were enticed into the purchase to make. The choice right then and there.
Purchase was enjoyable
Our furniture purchase was enjoyable; however, delivering it was top of the list. Steve and Mo were on time and had no worries when they saw the 13 steps leading to our house. Both were friendly and respectful and began putting together the furniture and arranging the table as we wanted. Everything that was packed, and there was plenty of it, was taken away, and they took care was taken to ensure that they left in a clean and tidy manner. Thank you, Steve and Mo, and Thank you, SCS.
The most effective protection
After accidentally waking up on the couch, we went shopping for a new soccer with Mia. Mia was extremely patient and helpful as she went through all of the options available to us and evaluated two different couches, despite the possibility of having our four-year-old daughter playing around. We were able to select the most suitable 0%-interest loan option for us and advise us on the most effective protection option for our furniture. I am happy. We can't wait for the new sofas to be delivered.

Professional service
We stopped by SCS this morning to understand what kind of sofa we would like in our new residence. We tried almost all the couches in the store, and their assistant Lorraine answered our queries by measuring the sofas and chairs to determine what would work best and even offered us a cup of tea; we left with purchased a stunning two-seater corner sofa. The lady was friendly, patient, and helpful, and there was no problem. I highly recommend visiting SCS Livingston for friendly, professional service and a brand-fresh sofa!
Save your money and avoid this store
I purchased a set of sofas and a coffee table for £2200 from the SCS Chesterfield store in September, and after only four months, the sofa cushions are sinking, and the stitches are falling apart. The quality is terrible, and I would never purchase from SCS again. I also had a horrible experience with their carpet service and poor communication from the staff. Save your money and avoid this store.

We were able to have Daz and Sunny S deliver our new sofa in the morning. They were both courteous and accommodating. They placed the couch in the home with no hassle. They removed the trash and took it away with them. They explained what we needed to do if something went wrong, and they both were clear about what we should do should we need it. The service was friendly and polite throughout, we could not have asked for a better experience! We could not be happier, and it was delivered; west in time for the holidays! Delighted customers! Today, I received a delivery of a dining set and four carver chairs. Joe and Ryan were considerate when they constructed the chairs inside the van to ensure they didn't have to carry polystyrene around the home. Then they brought the table and made it inside the house. They also explained the best way to expand the table. Well, well Joe & Ryan are not one piece of mess.

I rated it three stars because I patiently waited on my couch for three months. I was told excuses for supply chain issues, which I understand entirely. However, I received an email that said when I made the payment in; Il, I would get my sofa immediately; however, this wasn't the case, and I had to wait another three weeks for delivery. The service was fantastic, and they placed my sofa precisely how I wanted it to be; they were courteous and helpful.

The sofas were placed in the exact spot we requested, the furniture was removed from its wrapping, and the junk was removed. We were very satisfied
John-M and Rab-R were fantastic in delivering my sofas. They couldn't have the sofas through the front entrance, so they had to pay them back in the back, which was a bit of walking, particularly carrying two sofas. They did this with no complaints. They placed my couches exactly where I wanted them and provided everything I needed to be aware of. They were professional and welcoming. Their service was unbeatable! We were delighted.
