I purchased star wars battlefront II within the last 24 hours; I tried emailing for assistance as suggested, but I keep receiving an email that reads like this: "This message was generated automatically via mail delivery software. What do I have to say? The ease of placing an order on the website and the helpfulness of the customer service team to help me get the key to Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 I ordered but never received due to my own mistake in the billing. Jon was an excellent help and could fix everything in a single email. I will certainly use them again and will recommend them to others.

Excellent support, extremely responsive, and willing to assist. The only issue is that you must wait 12 hours for your key to be handed out next purchase. I didn't receive mine within the timeframe, and I called Save Support, and they resolved the issue quickly, and I was able to get my key.

This is because they'd like to verify manually whether you're attempting to commit fraud or fraud.
Their support is slow and takes an eternity to respond to emails, and is often deemed a total disaster, and they haven't even ever responded to emails.
You don't even get an automated notification once you've sent an email, so who is to know if support got it or not.
