    Most horrible service experience you could ever imagine. Service rep is rude and dishonest.

    Brought my car in for an oil change today and tire rotation.

    Was told that the tires could not be rotated because they didn’t have enough tread on them.

    I said I thought the tires were getting thin and I was trying to get a quote for new tires

    Rep was ticked off and said you would probably get them somewhere else anyway and was annoyed that he had to go into the garage to see the tire size.

    He insisted they cannot, and will not do a tire rotation because the tread was too low. I said that’s fine because I do need the new tires and I will get them soon.

    When I mention last time I oil was changed at this dealership, they failed to put the service interval sticker on the windshield and failed to reset the service interval computer I asked if they could please do that. I also mentioned that at last oil change, they failed to notify me of a recall. Then he got very rude and defensive and said they could not predict in the future, what mail I would receive , from the time I left the dealership till the time I got home 3 miles,

    Instead of providing customer service and looking up the account and seeing that the recall from Hyundai was October and my service was in November he was quite rude.

    When it came time to pay for the oil change they also included the tire rotation, which was not performed.

    When I questioned the charge, they said we made an exception this time, but we won’t do a rotation again and charge me for a rotation that was not performed. I guess I should expect to be ripped off at a car dealership .

    When I attempted to contact corporate, they’ve made no effort to get back to me.

    I can hardly wait to go electric and avoid these kind of scams dealerships pull off.

    Not sure if there’s commission involved why he wants to charge me for service not provided or if just being rude was enough satisfaction for him.

    Can’t wait to see dealerships go the way of the dinosaur

    This is the first time I ever bought a brand new car and had every service done at the dealership where I purchased it and still was treated so badly.

    Tried calling corporate they don’t care they don’t get back to you. Maybe this will get their attention.

    It was a waste of time. I told the salesperson I didn't have to sign arbitration contracts. Management never informed him. They wouldn't sell me a car without this. How can a legitimate company have to let you waive your legal right to offer you a vehicle ???? Buyer beware! Do not give up your right to own a car for a price!!

    Excellent service & sales efforts. Five stars would be a good score, except for one issue: the payment system must be upgraded as soon as possible. It's not compatible with Apple Pay or cannot tap the card. Instead, I had to hand the cashier the card before signing it! For the sake of Corona Virus, I was grossed out.

    I came to repair my car because the critical chain's battery was deficient and needed an oil change. After 3 hours and an oil change, I left to reset my notification that my battery was low and never replaced the storm inside my crucial chain. !!!! I am now on a four-hour drive to work I don't have time to return. I don't understand how people have missed this.

    There is no service for customers. We had the lease buy-out in Weston store to buy out for a car as per the purchase contract was 15800. When we finished it, it was blown to 18200 without an explanation for the additional charges that are wrong on so many levels. Avoid Rick Case dealerships. They will make you feel ashamed of yourself. RITA CASE. This has been an awful place ever since Rick Case passed away. No support whatsoever. At a distance

    My service rep did a great job attempting to solve an issue covered by my vehicle's manufacturer warranty. The service manager refused the coverage based on an unsubstantial decision after I was able to talk to an individual Service Representative. As an invalid war veteran with a fixed income, I would prefer more options to ensure that customers could appeal to problems with their factory warranty. To anyone working at Rick Case Honda, please feel at ease to contact me should you need to discuss this issue further. Thanks, and Happy Thanksgiving

    The worst experience you've ever had. be actual! I waited for 20 minutes to make an appointment at 9:40, didn't even see anyone until 10:10, and was a tenth of a dozen people gathered around, but didn't do the complimentary wash and vacuum. The car was not even cleaned .....

    Incredibly inefficient

    I want to point out that the entire buying experience was incredibly inefficient. After the purchase, we discovered the scar H and some problems with the vehicle. After taking the car to the people responsible for customer service, We were informed that the car wasn't perfect and it was our job to inspect the vehicle. When the car was handed to us, it was nearly 10 pm, and we tried our best to look over it. The manager, I believe his name was Castellanos, was very rude and did not provide good customer service regarding our concerns regarding the car and the purchasing procedure. This was at Rick Case Honda Weston.

    I don't feel that they were serious about me. My car stopped at will in the middle of the highway without reason. There was no rain, at least not at night. A sunny day with no one ahead. The cars that were behind me evaded me by avoiding the wall. I was informed, "nothing wrong with care, nothing we can do" Frank was very nice, but I felt like Mark, the boss, blew me off the spot to work scared today! It's a shame. Rick Case Honda has always treated me as a family member up to this! ​

    I went to the recall. When I arrived, they assessed my oil, which was at 30%. They asked me to change it. I said yes, and paid for an oil change. I picked up my car, and when I returned home, I looked at the oil gauge, which was reading 30 percent. It's tough for me to revisit, and if I do, I do not know whether they changed the oil or changed the oil gauge! I'm not sure if they are trustworthy anymore...

    I decided to consider giving Rick Case Automotive a second opportunity at a different location. I went to purchase the barrier, not anticipating that they would come down to MSRP, as it's a trendy item. When the paperwork was released, it was an unintentional rip-off fee of $6,000, yes, 6 thousand for a protection plan. This is not required but is an alternative. They will use it on all cars and remove it when it is a vehicle in low supply and popular at the moment. This is not ethical. However, some customers will pay to purchase the top-quality palisade right now and there. Since this is an unadvertised addition and because it's very selective, I wouldn't suggest doing business with the Rick Case dealership in any way. Rick Case dealerships anywhere due to this illegal way of conducting business.

    Unsatisfied with the customer service. On the phone, I was offered A rate of $39.99 for synthetic oil changes; however, at the service center, the price was changed to $44.99. The car is just under 10,000 miles. They tried to offer the services for $300. I told them I required assistance changing the oil and rotating my tires. An hour later, they tried to provide the $300 value of service again. 2 hours later; I left the store dissatisfied.

    I contacted Customer Service and explained the issue. When I was able to get the dealer's attention, I was shocked to learn that they had an issue that was not related, and I was asked to leave my vehicle to conduct a diagnostic on my car without providing me with the loaner.

    We began our research online and then, with assistance from Janet Rivera, who took the time to explain some information via email. We then asked Janet Rivera to set up an appointment. Once we were at Rick Case, the salesman, Adam Erdmann, was extremely patient and accommodating. In addition, the Finance representative, Dario, was very accommodating. We were particularly pleased that we never were pressured to pay higher or get the most expensive vehicle. If the staff can continue to thank their loyal customers, just as we do, we'll continue to return.

    This company has fallen fast since the passing of Rick Case

    Appt at 8 am at the collision center. Didn't receive an estimate until just after 915am. Counter employees kept insisting I should rent my cart first. What was the point? They were unable to be explained. Finally, I was able to get my car towed. I called three days later, and no response. I called for four days in a row, and there was no reply until the 5th of the day. Also, I tried calling three managers, even the director, but no response. It's sad! This company has fallen fast since the passing of Rick Case.

    NEVER AGAIN!

    Most unpleasant experience with HONDA Brand and Rick Case. When I purchased my first vehicle, I gave the dealer five stars due to how the sales representative dealt with my family and me and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Since then (1.5 years after), I've had no issues in my HONDA ODYSSEY. Roof leaks and a bad battery, cracking sound system recall after recall, cracks while driving, and on and on. My most recent incident was when they repaired a few issues with my car. I arrived on the trip home only to discover a cover in my trunk, and they didn't place it back in. NIGHTMARE!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

    I am leasing a 36-month. A lease that includes prepaid maintenance. Each time I go to make maintenance appointments, I am met with Service Reps who try to UPSELL me additional services that are not part of the required maintenance. EVERY TIME. Yes, I do not need tires to be rebalanced, but only when I replace new tires. The same goes for ALIGNMENTS, CABIN AIR FILTER, etc.

    I went in for my 60,000-mile service as well as a recall. I spent over $500 on this service, and I think it was overly rushed. They didn't spend the time to change the service oil messages in my vehicle. And I did not receive the new sticker, which states when my next oil servicing is required. It's not clear that the service was performed. I will not contact them and complain or bring my car back to get it serviced. I've rented two vehicles from them and have had my cars serviced for many years. I'm not sure what's going on currently. I'm a nurse and don't have time or motivation to drive between dealers, particularly for something as basic as an oil service light. I take my car's status very seriously and dislike going with warnings or Christmas lights flashing on my dashboard. If I'm paying for $500 in service, I expect it to be done right. Apart from that, the service and sales reps are fantastic.

They were unable to explain. I finally had my car taken away. Three days later, I called again, but no response. Calls continued for four days with no reply until five days later.
    I tried calling three managers, even the director, but no response. What a shame! The place has been deteriorating rapidly since the death of Rick Case.

    It was a huge expense

    I contacted Rick Case more than they did to keep me updated about the car's status. It was a huge expense (1,200dollars) and time-consuming (2 weeks), with no rental car available and an average level of customer service during the entire process. The cashier I made my payment was extremely rude and impatient. I was unaware that my VW Diesel emissions guarantee nor the three aftermarket warranties could cover anything for the repair. Paperwork was scattered, and my keyfob was lost, whichsod to wait for foran minutes before leaving when my bill was settled.

    I had a pleasant experience. But I was able to collect my car. My advisor had a phone call, and He was not speaking to another customer. I can tell because of the tone and theme of his voice. I waited 11 minutes! Until I finally hit the vinyl to inform the caller not to forget that I'm waiting for him. My experience would have been more pleasant by putting his phone on hold for a minute and handing me my documents so I could go to the cashier and pay.

    Tony is friendly and helpful. He has recommended his next maintenance task and is professional and thoughtful. The quality of his service is five stars. Overall service was four. I had to wait 4.5 hours to get an oil change, and when I had an appointment for 8:30 am, and having to cancel my 11 am appointment because of the delays at Honda.

    I went in for a tire replacement and alignment. It required two days. On the first day, they fit and "aligned" my tiredness. The car turned to the right, and the tire sensor was turned on. The next day, they correctly aligned my tire and assured me that neither the alignment nor the tire pressure was put correctly.

    I get the oil change each time in this exact location, but this time, the old sticker was not removed, nor was the new one placed. Also, I checked my oil level before I went home; this time, it was the lower mark. I cleaned and tested it three times. It appears that it required approximately 16 ounces

Moreover, they informed me that they had requested an inquiry into a credit with Transunion However, I told the three agencies that they'd asked for the credit study from Experian and Equifax.

    Very Upset With Towtruck Driver, Victor!

    My car was towed in because the dash lights were not turning off—the 1st. The problem was the 1st. A tow truck from Miami was lost. They then sent someone from Alamo to help, and they came back later. They took the car and. put it in the parking lot, but not without keys! I called them the next day, and they did not have my vehicle. They wanted me to contact Alamo! I did, but my mailbox was full. It's been over two days now. My car was on the lot with keys inside, and. the door was unlocked! Then they repaired two sensors at $50. Deductible even with the car warranty. The staff was amiable and helpful. It was informative to me. Very Upset With Towtruck Driver, Victor!

    The worst customer service I have ever received. I waited 2.5 hours to repair a minor leak in the back of my tire. I was given an increase and no competitive price. I inquired about any possible veterans discount. I was told by the salesperson/service person that he would talk to the manager...I waited for another 30 minutes and could not get a response. I decided to take the initiative to find the person in front of a computer and explained that he was waiting for a reply. After 3 hours, I'd had enough. I asked them to replace my tire, and I was going to leave. I went to the service area entrance and noticed that my tire had not been inspected or removed in the first place! I left, vowing that I would never go bacreturnreKingdom for a fantastic price and speedy and friendly service. I will never return to Honda service ever again. Your maintenance is more selling than service. You are a sham. I'm considering trading in my one-year-old Honda for the Lexus, where the emphasis is on the customer, not selling parts.

    Rick Case dealerships anywhere due to this kind of shady business. This is not ethical. However, certain people pay for the privilege of getting the top premium palisade immediately there. Because this is an unadvertised addition to the list and is specific, I would not suggest doing business with the Rick Case dealership in any way.

    This service was OK

    This was a good service. My car was left there for two days. I paid for a diagnostic overview, and Lu was informed about my suspension. The coolant level was too low, and my car overheated two days later.

    It was returned to me with oil fingerprints on the hood and unwashed. It was not professional to return the car in this manner. However, the advisor was extremely lovely.

    On May 2, 2022, I visited Melvin Hayes for maintenance on my CRV. Melvin Hayes was a great customer service representative. He explained the services and cost and the time required to complete them.

    Melvin Hayes made my experience in the service department very positive. He was very professional and kind, but he showed kindness and sincerity throughout. I would recommend him to any customer who visits Rick Case Honda.
