My experience with Resivoir Home Buyers was subpar. I was the seller, and they expected me to work for them. I was expected to call the company and sit at my computer, constantly watching my emails. It was too difficult for them to contact me. I told them I would be on an international vacation and asked them to ensure that everything was taken care of beforehand. They did not do that and, once again, expected me to drop everything to compensate for their shortcomings.
