The customer service was terrible. In particular, Allie via chat. It's not helpful. The software isn't able or savvy enough to understand what the customer wants to know. We wouldn't recommend it based on this alone. Also, that they didn't respond to me in a timely manner with a solution to a message they sent. Absolutely need help from the end of customer service.

I didn't get the information that I was searching for. However, it was due to the information I entered into the database. That person I was searching for was the same more than once and, in reality, many times. Similar to addresses. I stopped trying because without the correct information, I'd probably need to run more than 20 reports to locate the addresses, names, and phone numbers that were right for entering the data. What I'm searching for might be an involuntary manslaughter case while driving DUI. Thank you very much.
