Please i was scammed of $405,000 to a fake crypto trading site which after i was scammed i needed a serious help for my money back which unlucky for me i fell for a fake recovery company which scammed me $12,000. Belive me the whole situation got me frustrated and i was in bitter tears becuse i lost both my life savings. a month after of depression i was scrolling on a site on the internet on "Scam Detector" which i saw a review of a lady on the site giving testimony on how her crypto funds was recovered successfully, i was thinking if I'm going to fall for another recovery scam again but something truly moved me to contact the recovery manager that helped the lady recover her scammed funds... i contacted the recovery company manager via the manager email id, after few hours the gave me feedback asking me how I found them and who referred me. I told them how I got in contact with them, the demanded to send every details on how I was scammed, I sent to them and after 24 hours the gave me a trace result from my details specifying is possible to recover my scammed money.. the only need to upgrade my account from a basic account to TPM account so as for me to make withdrawals to my bank account, the charged me to pay $5,600 before they can upgrade and withdrawal my funds, i paid the charge fee of $5,600 because my scammed funds was much. according to them the said the higher your scammed funds the higher your TPM upgrade charge fee..I was stranded and afraid due to my condition, I took the risk to sale my car just to raise and pay them for the TPM upgrade immediately and I paid it in 48 hours my $405,000 was transferred to my bank account successfully and when I received my money back, I was in tears to be sincere with you and in shock too till date. The experience was excellent

There are a variety of reasons Phoenix Capital could serve as the "poster" example of what other companies in America must strive to become. They are real!
Initially had their ad pop up during a spades game on my cell. I just knew it had to be a scam...or was it? I clicked on it after abt the 10th pop-up. Read through it...then did my own due diligence and thoroughly researched their website; Google, Trustpilot & Better Business Bureau reviews/entries; all the filings on the SEC; disected their offering statement and all their annual reports: this company is legitimate! Then I signed up for one of their webinars and invested a few days after in Feb. I was still a little skeptical until the first distribution. Like clockwork, the interest is distributed on time everytime...well early actually. Distribution is on the 10th of the month, but it is usually in our accounts on the 8th, which means we earn interest on our interest for 2 additional days, which adds up to 24 extra days of the year. Yeah! We invested more in Mar, and I also transferred the remaining 2k in my TSP to an IRA with Phoenix. My daughter and my husband invested with them as well.
I find the quarterly web updates very informative and useful, the presenters very personable, and the numbers impressive. You don't have to be a seasoned Wall St wolf. They explain it so anyone without financial/investing know-how can understand. It took me back to the accounting and business classes I sat through in the 80s & 90s.
Also, when you contact ANYONE at Phoenix Capital, you actually get a response! Yes, I am impressed! Looking forward to becoming a Reg D investor.

Please more choices/tiers for Reg A investors and let us too compound our interest.

The Phoenix staff Phoenix was friendly and quick in executing my particular requirements. It was also helpful that they set me up with a self-directed custodian to transfer my HSA accounts into and fund with Phoenix was a huge benefit. Phoenix Capital Group is a legit investment company.
Phoenix Capital Group customer service is Excellent - I am solely working with Matt, and the customer service is exceptional. The top-level management of Phoenix Capital Group Holdings, LLC is also highly communicative. It is nice to get a response on Sunday evenings is excellent.
Tech - Tech can be a little shaky. The dashboard isn't mobile responsive. While the dashboard is functional well, the UI/UX requires much improvement.
Returns - Excellent returns significantly higher than s&p 500. Not any significant fluctuations. Returns are reasonably steady. This is great, but with no dips, it's difficult to determine the best entry point.
Social media - SMO team seems to update often through social media Channels; however, for a time, like me, I'm not online much. I'm not able to keep in touch. It would be nice to have social media updates sent via a newsletter.
Overall, five stars with good results and excellent service. We hope that the team will take these remarks as feedback!
