Broken Promises A Lifetime License Nightmare
Peppertype.ai is a blatant scam. I can't emphasize enough how deeply disappointed I am with my experience. I had purchased a Lifetime License, investing my hard-earned money, only to have my account arbitrarily deleted without warning or consent. To add insult to injury, I rarely even used the service. When I reached out to their customer support, I was met with silence for nearly two excruciating weeks.
After a prolonged period of uncertainty and frustration, they finally responded with a hollow promise, claiming that they had reinstated my account. However, this was nothing more than a deceitful ruse. My statement remains inaccessible, and no issues have been resolved. This level of deceit and utter disregard for their customers is inexcusable. Avoid this company at all costs.
Favorite tools is incredible
The only thing they are excellent at is advertising. Peppertype effectively bribes users to review their experience and receive complimentary words in exchange. This is why numerous fantastic (but poorly written) excellent reviews exist. This is indeed a pretty average AI writing tool. Worse than that, there's virtually nothing being done to improve it during the last six months. All they've managed to develop new tabs on the website, and the ability to use them to "bookmark" your favorite tools is incredible... however, at the same time, there are only a few long forms available. Options. The feeling is that the company took all the money and left. There are a lot better options available in the market.

The company had ZERO changes since the software was released, and it is typical of a business that uses bait and switch, which abused funds from Peppertype to fund Peppercontent. The SEO features that were stated in Peppertype were not available to us. I AM A CUSTOMER. Do not try to get rid of this. I also have proof of their sales phrase. Scammers.

CodnoOverall, I had a very disappointing experience with peppertype.ai and its inferior customer service.
