We are, as I'm sure that we are, the typical home buyers in Austin who are out of town looking to avail of the services that Austin offers and are resentful of it by the majority of the original Austin people :) However, even though it's normal for some, this was a bit difficult and overwhelming. The most crucial piece of the home buying puzzle for us was Paul. He was calm and collected, reassured us at every turn, and addressed every single issue or request, no matter how small.
