    WASTE OF TIME

    Pretty disatisifed with the support and the product. Very buggy. Going returned to mailchimp because of their gadget being damaged multiple times whilst attempting automation - one fix, became to replicate an automation and start again - it then worked. It's a riddled old gadget.

    The UX may also appearance sleek, but underneath the hood is an ancient device that is prone to breaking, isn't as clean for automations as other merchandise, and has a help team with a purpose to take an entire life to answer, no longer absolutely digest the problem, and hyperlink you to a Youtube video despite the fact that you've explained in element, the process has already been done.

    The worst app I ever cope with I been attempting for the remaining 10 days to get assist or something all what I got is nothing. They charge me 718 to apply sms services and that they ship me email that I can’t use the sms service and they do not want to refund me. They charge me each month 988$ witch is Mailchimp rate most effective four hundred $ for 1.2m e mail. Still till now no aid no money again and additionally they charge me for the closing 4 month a hundred and sixty greater for sms that I couldn’t use

    It's not exactly technical, but nothing as much as other email-blasting platforms. It is a major fan of LGBQT+ This is the reason I rated it 1 star. What is the reason my email application need to include sexual preferences. It's just a way to capitalize on the trend, and this is what makes them a shill. Additionally, not everybody agrees with this idea. Why should I be supporting an organization that doesn't back me? Also, how does my the sex preferences have to do with my mail campaign?

    Do yourself a favor and avoid installing this useless piece of equipment. Awful customer service and terrible support. It was impossible to make my first email marketing. I was hesitant to pay for the refund. It might end up in small claims. Steer carefully. I'd like to have it.

    I've had several encounters with Omnisend helpdesk because it has so many functions that it can take some time to learn about the entire set of features)). Each time, the support team has been accommodating. It's as if I've met all of the group. They like me, who is not an expert and provide everyone with great detail.

    Being a first-time user of Omnisend and Omnisend, I've played using contact import emails, sending out campaigns, and administration. The process is well-planned, efficient, and streamlined. As a bonus, the display aesthetics are pleasing to the eye. This is very important for me. It's an absolute pleasure to work with.

    Sanya was very patient as well as thorough, and efficient! I'm a solopreneur, and the automation I develop helps me save time! I was required to make an online review request for post-booking reviews, and Sanya guided me through it step-by-step as it proved to be an extremely complicated procedure. This is going to benefit my little firm tremendously!

    Unable to correct the problem

    The main issue that is a significant issue with Omnisend is that their attribute of e-commerce is not accurate, and as per support, they are unable to correct the problem. When I review reports for sales, I can see that many originate from campaigns or automation; it's likely to include incomplete or failed sales within the overall total. It happens time again. It's simple to reproduce as I could create an order and let it go unfinished, and then it'll incorporate that information in sales based on emails. I've rearranged the setting to the maximum extent possible, but this flaw is inherent. It's also not my favorite support. They are quick to respond. However, I have repeatedly repeated the same thing because they didn't understand the first message. They don't tend to have a lot of technical expertise. However, if I want a call from their technical team, they will not permit that.

    I'm still experimenting with many features, but I like the automated features it gives as a substitute for drip. Much better than drips so far. I hope they don't go so bold that they overcharge and add "powered by omniscient" on everything.

    Omnisend is excellent and straightforward to use. Its Customer support team is friendly and always ready to assist. Recently, I faced an issue with Automation, and Sanya helped me resolve it courteously and courteously. We are incredibly grateful to Omnisend's Customer Support team and highly recommend this software to send out email marketing.

    I've been around and around over the past few days to try and get this issue with editing resolved. There is an apparent display issue that nobody in this company can resolve! I'm done having wasted my time with a company that sells an unsatisfactory product. What a wasted time! I have ZERO faith in this business after this experience. Hey, Omnisend, could you please give me back the five hours I wasted on a futile attempt to access your absurdly slow service?

    I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!

    The first issue is that they didn't connect my shop to the primary site, which means that the URLs used in automated emails are wrong. It is impossible to correct that without an account with a different one, which means I lose all my campaign information. Then they blamed us for not updating the primary domain on Shopify without telling us the reason, which we didn't do. Second They allow users to AB test the subject line, the content, and the subject line, but not the send time. The AB test report is useless and does nothing to help you. In addition, there are many issues with their system. Most notably, the support team was unprofessional, had a slow response, and asked us to wait 24 48 hours before they solved the issue. It could take days to resolve a minor problem. Also, the information on campaigns downloaded from the file is not the same as that displayed in the report dashboard. OVERALL, I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!

    I've had this experience repeatedly. Another time I reached out for help after getting frustrated, only to discover that a patient and kind person provided a simple solution. I'm sure by now not to panic. Service is on hand, and it's good.

    I would not recommend this one.

    I have used Omnisend for two years, and their support and customer service are horrible. I've been waiting for a resolution to a technical issue within my dashboard and haven't received a response for over a week. Additionally, we have a manager for success who does not respond to emails or perform an annual check-in as we do with other platforms. I would not recommend this one.

    An excellent alternative to Mailchimp. It helped us reach out to influential people and potential partners for referrals. We have run a marketing campaign with chocolates for referrals and used it for emails. Overall, it's a great alternative.
