Excellent service! Mark become so green and knowledgeable on the way to disassemble and gather furniture, they finished the paintings nicely earlier than the shrunk hours. They were cautious, green, and know how to percent in an organized manner. They were pleasant but professional. Booking and verbal exchange became very clean. They always saved me up to date on their arrival time and arrived on time. Extremely glad with their carrier and definitely advocate.
Unreliable Vehicle Shipping with MOVHRS
I recently had a disappointing experience when trying to use MOVHRS to ship my vehicle. After getting an initial quote and paying a deposit, the scheduled pickup never happened.
When I contacted them, I was told I'd have to pay an increased fee for any chance of them fulfilling the move. Their staff was unwilling to work with me, and the original representative stopped responding.
In my experience, MOVHRS did not follow through on honoring the original quote and contract we had agreed to. The lack of communication and unreliable service made this a frustrating situation.
I can only speak from my own experience with this company. But I would caution others to get any rate agreements in writing upfront and confirm details before paying anything. For vehicle shipping, reliable service and open communication are so important. I hope this helps anyone considering using MOVHRS to make the best decision for their situation.

Wow! Professional service! Quick, efficient, and took the highest care of everything I had. Everything was loaded despite the small space and unloaded with the same professionalism. They took the time to ensure that everything was discussed and then provided the same service once the items were taken off, and they managed to put everything in the unit for storage. I worked for them for a few months. They're terrible at paying jobs out, always accusing their app's pay system. This company is not concerned about the employees working in the field. They take their sweet time making payments and don't respond to emails. It's a terrible company to work for.

Lied for several weeks
This company employed me, and the owner did not pay the two guys I was working with or me.
The owner then had his number deleted. He pleaded with us for a job just two days before Christmas. He lied for several weeks.
We all showed up and completed the work, but there was no payment for any of us. It's been more than one month since Mark shut down his phone.
We never received payment, and he cheated us all during the holiday season. Please don't work with this business.
