Good Job But Bad Communication Method
They did a good task, however we arranged the paintings via the messaging. I do not assume Mike is the only that handles the messages; whoever does isn't careful approximately answering questions or maybe studying them. Disappointing Experience
Scheduled an appointment after hours for estimation, and made specific contact arrangements to inform me when the reason was that his appointment was cancelled. I also compensated a few evening events to make room for his busy timetable.
Mike did not show up, did not call me to inform me that it was not going to happen according to the time we previously scheduled however, he didn't contact me again to change the date. I'm sure Mike is an excellent ma and a superb locksmith; however, it is not in my experience.

Rude. I called to inquire about questions about locks. I received a message that read, "We're full today." I was then rushed off the line and then hung up. He probably thought that because I would not be a customer, he was not willing to provide some assistance as a human being would.
