    Rude responses in response to questions

    Incompetent personnel at reception and rude responses in response to questions. Avoid spending your time there like I did when I had to wait more than an hour for an appointment without explaining when I'd see you. The facility is a multi-treatment facility, so be prepared to wait.

    It was extremely frustrating

    Dr. Khasidy is an outstanding PCP. However, the front desk is inefficient. For every appointment, I received at least three texts and three phone thrills from various desk employees to confirm my appointment. Every time they texted or phoned to establish a new appointment time. It was extremely frustrating and challenging to deal with. I tried to alter my appointment via their portal for patients. However, it did not make any changes. I attempted to cancel an appointment via the portal, but they called me to verify my work, even if I hadn't canceled it. After that, the waiting was over... I waited for almost an hour after my appointment every visit. I'm over the medical facility. I'm moving on to another PCP. It's not worth the hassle of shifting my appointment hours frequently.

    A poor service

    Do not waste time at this establishment! You'll have to wait an extended time to receive a po service. A relative of mine visited this place just two weeks ago to make an appointment, and it was made to take nearly two hours!! It was to receive a paper prescription that was not the correct name. Then the ineffective staff set up an appointment two weeks later as only doctors can prescribe medications. However, the physician isn't able to send pills via email. He's being too old to continue playing in the health of people's lives!!

    Great experience

    Great experience! We scheduled an appointment on the same day for Medex Diagnostic and got in immediately. The front desk staff, as well as their medical assistant, were welcoming and friendly. Dr. was fantastic and offered realistic expectations and timeframes. I'll be sure to return, and I would highly recommend this practice!

    I was amazed by the prompt

    I visited the clinic, and three specialists assessed me. When it was time to refill my medication, there was a miscommunication with a person at the front desk. I was amazed by the prompt and friendly response of this hospital's staff and the medical doctor overseeing my medical treatment. They swiftly resolved the issue and got my refill in order. They took care cared for and dealt with feedback professionally, efficiently, and quickly.

    They are unprofessional and cannot communicate

    Dr. Begum was fantastic, competent, and compassionate. However, the receptionists were horrible to work with. They are unprofessional and cannot communicate. It is impossible to even ask them any question without them ridiculing you.

    It is highly recommended!

    Great place. It was there a few days ago. I scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, and waited about five minutes, and that's all it took! Excellent staff on the desk at reception. Friendly and helpful should you have any queries. The office is spotless. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will likely visit every time I visit! It is highly recommended!

    My Dr. is no longer working there

    My first visit was great! The staff was excellent. My Dr. is no longer working there, and I was scheduled to discuss my blood tests with an alternative doctor. It's been months of phoning back and forth to get my results. The doctor didn't call me at the time scheduled. Unprofessional and sad to say that my time and results are treated unjustly. We will be changing PCP ASAP!

    Don't waste your time!

    I have been a patient for a long time, but the owner has hired staff who do not know about managing a medical establishment. My husband and father tried to make an appointment but to nothing. The front desk manager cannot provide answers and lacks people abilities! Don't waste your time! It is unfortunate because the assistants to doctors are the best. However, you will have to handle the front desk first.

    Apart from that, it's in a great location.

    They have many doctors ranging from mental health to physical health. There is a long wait, or perhaps it's just the only doctor I have seen. I don't know. Apart from that, it's in a great location.

    I visit Medex, but it's now the most valuable clinic I've ever visited!

    I've been going to Medex for more than two years in which I visit Medex, but it's now the most valuable clinic I've ever visited! I've been waiting more than 2 hours to see my doctor following an appointment! When I leave my proposition doctor, they do not return my call! The doctors are great, but the method of communication is not professional with the patient! This is a belief that this is the only medical clinic in the world!

    I am highly disappointed in this facility!

    I am highly disappointed in this facility! They do not notify you in advance when n you will not be monitored when doctors leave early, and they turn away patients regardless of their mistakes in scheduling. I was twice turned away! My family has left this location as they locate physicians closer to their area. I had to miss work, and instead of trying to diffuse the issue, the Manager decided that it was the right time to take action to rectify the way I spoke. Instead of addressing the problem and getting to know the patient, she creates more fuel for the fire.

    It's a significant loss, considering I've recently recommended more than three people. Three have left. As we find more doctors, we'll leave this terrible area. Please don't be apathetic and give me fake sympathy messages, as you do to everybody else, trying to appear concerned. If you truly cared, you'd have dealt with the situation differently in person if it was your turn! I honestly would like to think that Oleg is aware of how many patients he's lost and will continue to lose due to your ineffective management and communication abilities.

    Absolutely terrible

    Terrible. I was scheduled to see a doctor at 22:30, so I arrived early. At 3:45, I haven't yet seen the doctor. I'm told that my appointment was not approved and that the doctor has done me a favor and visiting me today. I'm confused. I thought that this facility was supposed to assist people. Poor service, with no care plans for individuals or follow-up service. What doctor's office can be treated like this? Horrible. I won't ever come to this site again.

    The doctor was unavailable on that day or time.

    I was unable to make it through the door, so don't interpret my comments as a reflection of the doctors but rather their practice. As a practice administrator, I'll tell you they need to do some consulting to review and prepare the front desk staff and the appointment scheduler system. I made an appointment via their website and was greeted with an email the following business day informing me that the doctor was unavailable on that day or time.

    The receptionist could not change the appointment until I had provided my insurance details at that moment, and I could not do as I was traveling along the highway. I called back the following day with my insurance details and was informed that my appointment wasn't available for the day before. I was irritated; however, as someone who has worked in the healthcare industry for the past 15 years, I recognize that it is annoying to wait for a phone with someone only to learn that the office won't accommodate them and that the doctor received good reviews.

    I was offered a time slot that was a month off, except for a visit during the middle or evening, which I can't take advantage of due to work. It's safe to say that I'll be searching for a different doctor because I cannot imagine having to wait all month every time I require a doctor's appointment. Perhaps the office is complete, and new patients aren't an issue. We don't know.

    Extremely poor service

    Inferior service. You'll be waiting at least an hour before you can see a doctor, and even then, they're all everywhere. Each time I visited, I waited for an hour and a half for a ddoctor'sappointment and got a work that was five minutes long. The front desk staff doesn't wear masks either. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

    I want to put zero stars at all—most unprofessional business. The staff is inexperienced. They can't control the flow of patients. The medical assistant and secretary were rude. It's unbelievable that they make a person who's 91 years old wait for 4 hours only to claim that she was at the incorrect time. She was cleared for her procedure, and her results were never sent to a surgeon. The surgery was delayed. I hope that loved ones or moms can experience a similar.

    The Doctors and PT are wonderful

    The Doctors and PT are lovely, and the staff has always been kind to my family and me. I've had one bad experience on the phone. Maybe the person was brand new. I am not sure if to be sincere.

    The facility shouldn't be allowed to function.

    Tuesday night, wait times for patients were about. 5 hours during the pandemic routine visits. Unacceptable. NThe, a nurse at the front desk, Nelly was not wearing an eye mask all of the time, despite signs requiring shows. The facility shouldn't be allowed to function.

    I highly recommend anyone to visit them.

    Medex, located in Forest Hills, N.Y., offers excellent customer service. It's Dr., and the staff is friendly and willing to accommodate your needs and arrange. They can handle the business needs and are a fun group as well. I highly recommend anyone to visit them.

    Please be kind to yourself and stay away from this place. This place needs to be closed. They need a new management team that knows how to manage a medical office ... The first time I called to inquire about my results as they were supposed to follow up with me. After I spoke to a random person who said, " we aren't allowed to send out your results, " He put me on hold, and I heard him talking with several women about how ridiculous I am "it isn't awesome! This is very unprofessional. I am not coming back next time. The whole area is very crowded. The wait times are long, and the place has an ancient and sad feeling.

    If I had to leave with zero stars

    If I had to leave with zero stars, I would do so because this is among the most unprofessional doctors' offices you'll ever visit. I immediately felt like I was being snubbed, abused, and humiliated. They were also very unprofessional when they asked me medical questions, even though they were talking over their phone using a foreign language, and stared at me with smug smiles when they spoke a foreign language. Also, I heard the doctor might or may not be able to treat me, so I got off and went home. It's the last time I set into that location, and who would even say that?

    Dr. G (OBGYN) Is awesome!

    Dr. G (OBGYN) Is excellent! He is very thorough and takes good care of his patients. One complaint is that the wait time is extended. If I have an appointment, I'm not seen for at least 30 minutes to an hour following my scheduled appointment. I switched and never looked back!

    Don't visit here. I've never posted an article before; however, for this one, I had to. It was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff is always overbooked and stressed. Everyone moves so slowly. Two people could be in the same room with the curtains drawn. The papers are everywhere, months of everyone. They joke about people complaining but do not know how to behave. I've never complained about any service before, and I consider myself to be a patient person. But this incident... It was a bit difficult. I was forced to rant three times after waiting almost two hours. Don't be a liar.

    I've never had such an experience at a medical office, but this one. After testing, the nurse informed me that the prescription had been delivered to the pharmacy's file. Therefore, I visited the pharmacy and discovered they had not sent any drugs. I called and had been waiting in line at the pharmacy in shock for over a time! Then, I had to drive towards the physician's office to discover that Doctor. David Khasidy already went to bed.

    I didn't receive my prescription for three days, and I had to buy OTC medications to help me feel less miserable. I called numerous times and was denied for eight days. The phone call was canceled, and it claimed that a "patient canceled" the appointment. The rep named Shelly was so rude. She called me back without saying sorry. I needed to call the office again to set up a new appointment for the next day to get my test results, which had been out for several days.

    Medex has provided me with excitingingexperiencese. Medex has provided me with an exciting experience. This place is non-professional, And the Doctor. David Khasidy doesn't care about his patients' pain in any way.

    I wouldn't recommend this facility even a bit! The reason it's 1 star is that my appointment was scheduled for 1 pm, and now it's at 2:30, and I haven't been to see the doctor. I was required to pay a co-payment before my appointment and can talk away. If you're looking for long wait times, then book an appointment.

    Appointment. I've not been treated as badly by the receptionist in my entire life. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The receptionist (Christina, apparently) kept passing me from person to person and putting me on hold. The meeting was scheduled for 4 pm. I tried calling several times, but they insisted on extending my work. It's past 8 pm, and the lady who informed me that the appointment was scheduled for today has gone, and my doctor has not been in the room. (update it's past the hour, and my work has been changed).

    They informed me that my insurance was due to expire. However, I spoke to a different receptionist who said it was okay. The doctors are fantastic; however, the staff(most but one person was nice) is not professional, helpful, and incredibly rude. This isn't the first time that this has happened. I considered them trustworthy the first time it happened, but now it's the second time it has occurred.

    I am highly disappointed with the decision to end this review. As a Medex patient, I've had the pleasure of being with Medex for more than one year, and I can declare that my experience with Medex has been downright horrible. Although I consider doctors to be remarkable, you can barely see them. I wish that I could say this happened only once. I called to make an appointment for my appointment online at 6 pm, but no calls were returned, and I rang another time to check in.

    Five days later, I've not heard any words at the doctor's office. They promised me that they would call me back. The time was 11:30 pm, and the call never came in; they did not even be able to notify me the physician will not be able to conduct the appointment via video that evening. In the hope of finding solutions to the issue, I phoned the next day three times to determine what was happening. Another time, false assurances are made to me that doctors will contact me. It's been a long time since that appointment has been ignored completely.

    The clinic doesn't consider whether you get timely treatment or not. Receptionists are entirely disorganized, ignoring to write the proper appointment notes or pass the phone line from one person to another; they do not seem to know what's happening. Every time I walk into this office, people are angry and screaming since there is a typical waiting time of about 2 hours. If you're looking to squander your energy and time and feel a constant lack of attention, then this is the office for you!

    Zero isn't available, but it is a zero-star place. The doctors are okay; however, the staff and wait time is a nuisance. I've waited more than an hour for each appointment at this location to see a doctor for five minutes only to be hustled out by staff members who shouted at the doctor during my se another patient in line"! Apart from being unorganized, they did not just misspell my name when I was admitted, but they also made a mistake on my mammogram's prescribing information, which was a mess to correct. Th, ey overbook patients and mistreat them in the office. The paper management system is from the 1980s.

    My insurance will cover this location, and it's located near my home. However, I'm looking for an alternative in the shortest time possible. I suggest you not delay your decision except if you enjoy sitting for long periods for no reason. If you are not Russian, anticipate being treated less. I've seen this place select Russian patients, over other patients. It's an ideal place to experience the racism of others, waste your time and become angry. If you're interested in that sort of thing, give them a try!

    I have had two knee replacements totalized

    I have had two knee replacements totalized and then followed up by an expert surgeon at Medex and, years later, have enjoyed the benefits of this choice. If I were to have to go through the same thing once more, I'd begin by going to Medex As before.

    The management of the office is awful

    Today, I was there at 1120am to make an appointment at 1200pm. It was 1:18 pm, and every patient following me was examined. The view of Dr. G's office from where I am sitting with my husband and a lady who came in shortly after I has also been seen. The receptionist informed me that I was following the person who was already at Dr. G's office. It's my second time visiting, and the management of the office is awful (file management, attitude of staff electronic access, etc.).

    Really liked the service!!!

    Great staff and Doctor. Had a great experience and look forward to all my treatments . Thank you Medex Diagnostic and Treatment Centerfor taking such good care of my baby! I know we didn't have a really serious issue, but you made her and I feel special and like you cared, and that means the world to me!!
