    As soon as you give them your credit card, they will always try to charge it

    Nothing to say anymore… there’s just no “cancel subscription” button anywhere… the best thing to do is to try and talk to your bank, to blacklist the site. And if you try to delete your account - they will say “we are in a process of deleting” and will try charging you everyday.

    Beware of this kind of practice! Even if it was given to you in the form of an offer. My former employer owned a Masterclass family membership, and granted me access. As soon as I left the business and he revoked me from the family account.

    Masterclass immediately enrolled me (also in the pricier program called family) to their services without my approval. I've been paying to use it for two years, approx. 1st bill: 280 euros. second bill: 244 euros. I had no idea!!!

    I didn't receive any emails regarding the transaction because I was unable to connect to the old account of my company and the payments were lost in the midst of the transactions on my credit cards. It's because I have never provided them with my credit card details and never authorised an transaction and never entered their system, or watched even a single video! What is the legality of this or even legal?

    I recently signed up for the Masterclass plan, and the amount was deducted from my account. However, I'm unable to enroll in any classes. Despite reaching out to all three customer service channels multiple times over the past two days, I have not received any response. I also contacted the Google Play Store, and they confirmed that the payment was transferred to Masterclass, but my account remains inactive. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, with no assistance or resolution from their customer support. It feels like a complete letdown, and I'm beginning to question the legitimacy of this service. Calling it "Masterscam" seems unfortunately fitting, given the lack of responsiveness and support.

    Beware of this fraudulent firm

    They're swindlers and swindlers. They offer a 30-day trial for free. Instead, they'll cost you for a whole year's worth of subscription. After you complain, they redouble their lies and try to convince you to claim that there is no trial for free, going even further and saying, "Prove it with screenshots." Who screens free practices of applications as a standard method? Nobody. And they are aware of it. Beware of this fraudulent firm.

    I was very attracted to classes, and they gave me a snarky Mother's Day offer with baking as the primary ability. After I had a discussion with their courses about leadership, creative thinking and diplomacy, space exploration, and FBI...they offered me a baking opportunity. How. Damn. Sexist. I want to take lessons about an FBI profiler, and yet you suggest that I bake bread? You tied in a Mother's Day offer with BAKING. It would help if you didn't try to claim that baking is a pastime for both men and women.

    I have tried to be balanced in my review and acknowledge my unusual disposition and prospectives/insights. I've attended three classes and noticed they are designed well for the average person and those who are easily inspired. This is great for the average American. This is a very effective business plan. I had a desire to learn. However, it's fair to say that I was entertained. I was a former Chief Executive Officer and a Jhana Yoga/Philosophy teacher.

    MasterClass offers unique and original material with excellent "Masters." What it does not have appears to be its "Class" portion, as a significant portion of the course seems to be created after interviews. Although the target audience for MasterClass appears to be more entertainment-oriented with less learning. A simplified structure for the period before filming could produce more excellent educative information.

    I have completed my Masterclass for the first time. I'll go with my second choice (Paul Krugman). Lewis Hamilton. I'm a massive fan of his, but this initial Masterclass was bittersweet in flavor. Although alive, it did not provide knowledge, deep learning, or an understanding of crucial subjects. I am hoping for a more profound experience.

    Very pleased with the service I received. While I was not able to get the first email back in February informing me the auto-renewal of my account was set to happen (probably due to it being sent to my account for spam), I didn't get it; the business was able to respond to my auto-renewal request that I got today. The company responded promptly and resolved issues within the next day. They reimbursed my Visa account for 100 percent of the total amount. Thanks for your prompt response to taking care of the problem. Also, I'm not interested in any more auto-renewal costs. I would not access my MasterClass account, so I wishhopet MasterClass would stop the possibility of auto-renewals. We sent this request to MasterClass and MasterClass. Thank you so much for refunding the entire amount I paid.

    My picture was not able to be added to my Profile. The image was JPG and less than a megabyte in size; however, no photo I uploaded would be highlighted. The bot instructed me to go to the menu and select Profile from the options. The profile isn't on the list, and that's all the bot can provide. No human is on hand if the bot is, or should we call it, "misinformed."

    I'm always happy to attend masterclasses. As a representative of such a large company, I have always been able to talk to someone who is there. This is an infrequent occasion, and it's incredibly satisfying to have it occur. Your staff is amiable and accommodating. I attended the course for one year in the past few months, and it was among the most enjoyable courses I've completed. In this age of scams and unlucky events, the company you work for is exceptional in its services. Thank you so much.

    I had any idea about Elaine Welteroth before taking her master's course, but I will ensure that others know of her. Her career plan was insightful, and her charisma and directness were refreshing. I am currently on the second time listening to her class and am still learning: the "zone of genius" and the importance of values above all other things, career map created to showcase the many income sources.

    I'm a massive fan of the services. If there were more time and less expensive, I'd be happy to continue using it. It was a bit disappointing by the Free Pass policy for friends. Friends must register and provide their credit card information to use their free pass, after which they will be charged regularly.

    I'm pleased with the classes and the PDF materials. While I realize that the instructors of the courses won't have the time to give feedback on assignments, I think the assessments provided are vital to the learning process. The feedback from the community is valuable, but it's not enough. Maybe Masterclass could invite other experts to review the work and provide input or something similar.

    As I step into this world that is MasterClass learning, I'm amazed by the array of presenters at the top of their field. I'll go slow and each presenter one at a time for a couple of minutes each day, and not always doing work. However, I think about what I've learned as I move through my day-to-day world. What it means to me, and what a blessing this will likely be. It's also gratifying that I could offer a friend a free subscription with my own.

    One of the most beautiful products available. I'm bored of watching television, so I signed up for the channel as they offered BOGO at Christmas and gifted my child an account. The courses are simple to follow and are broken down into 15-20 minute segments. My schedule is complete. However, this lets me step back from where I stopped and keep watching without losing all the details. I've taken ten classes, and I don't have anything negative to say about it. It's well-designed and simple to follow, but it keeps me interested.

    Your customer care representative was beneficial. I bought Masterclass as a gift, and the email notifications were sent out on time. People who received the grant are delighted with their presents. In a time of increased awareness of consumption and the overflow of landfills giving this type of gift continues to give thanks to learning about the individual's development, happiness, and joy. It is a great way to ensure that there is no environmental waste!!

    For a long time, I've been trying to find just the right course to propel me into the next stage of my reading for public audiences (to my primary grade classes, my church, and other places). In those moments, I'm thinking about making voiceovers. I've left one profession and am now looking to pursue a new hobby. I've discovered it! Lavar Burton's masterclass on storytelling will be invaluable to assist me on my journey. The classes have been highly engaging. I'm eager for more and to receive it, finally!

    Masterclass provides classes taught by famous successful individuals in various areas. The courses have been informative, exciting, and enjoyable. It's better than spending time in other courses I've attempted that offer step-by-stage demonstrations instead of advancing knowledge by gaining experiences. The process of writing an entire novel with someone who writes books that you like is what I do.

    The excellent quality of the class and the presenters is diminished by the lack of administrative support and the insistence on obtaining the customer's credit card information before anything else. This can be a bit intimidating when trying to redeem a gift card. It's a shame it's the initial impression can be very violent.

    Masterclass was a present to my youngest daughter. I was not planning to renew it since we're retired and didn't wish to pay for the service even though the content of the instruction was excellent and very helpful throughout Covid. I didn't know about this "opt-out" requirement (too many emails to handle) and was a bit disappointed to learn that I was in the process of being charged for another year. But, customer service saved the day by offering a refund after we contacted them. We thank them for that.

    The classes are decent. Most of them could be an hour of excellent content without the padding. Their lower score is because they do not give warnings when it's time to renew, and they put their cancellation button at the end of the sentence. If you've got money and want to try the service, you should go for the opportunity. However, I recommend you find the cancel button on the first day and click on it.

    There is a wide variety of classes. I am excited to get into the subjects. But, I am disappointed to learn that a "gift subscription for a friend" will require them to sign up with a credit card. Why? They will be charged at the end of their year. This isn't acceptable.

    The courses look fantastic, and I'm trying to sign-up; however, their website is not working, and I'm unable to locate a way to sign up. Many forms to fill in and choices to make, and even if I choose any option, I can't reach the page where I can register. Never have I seen a business that makes it so hard to pay them. It's just absurd.

    Why would they automatically renew the subscription without prior notification? This is a ridiculous idea and, frankly, mildly irritating. I was fortunate to look at the receipt on time before it was late. I believe that the service itself is also lacking in variety. Perhaps it's due to my personal preferences; however, I am sure it's anyone's choice due to their tastes.

    Excellent production value Some of the classes were interesting, but with a high cost (even when they offer 2-for-1 deals), it quickly becomes apparent that this is a weak offering. Most of the information is far too complex to provide any value in the real world. The app is terrible, it's not even functional offline, and that's the entire point. They regularly update their content. However, it's not of the highest quality. If eight or ten classes with practical applications interest you, It's worth the investment, and you can avoid the leadership content as it's pretty light. I can't speak to the acting or music classes, but cooking, writing, sports, and cooking were pretty good. Leadership and business are suitable methods of passing the time. However, it's not the most beneficial. Most people I know who have a membership say they have never used it. It required much time and effort, and the benefits were not as great.

    This platform is one that I would recommend to my neighbors, friends, and family members all the time. I'm just beginning my third year (best present for Christmas) since I have many things I want to learn about here. Neil Gaimon's class has inspired me to attempt to write a novel (18 months later and an 85k-word manuscript, I continue to turn to the experts here for a wealth of knowledge). I've given subscriptions to many others since my husband, and I believe it's a great service. The content is excellent from the most respected experts in their respective fields. The selection is constantly expanding. I'm giving the program four instead of five stars because of its variety. I would like for the classes to be more in-depth and provide more information or even higher different levels (like Gordon Ramsey provides, that my kids and I thoroughly enjoy with! ).

    The masterClass is a fantastic platform. However, they're a bit sloppy regarding billing. After giving my mum a one-year subscription, I've been charged for a second year with no notification of an account that is not being used, and I am not receiving any assistance from them to fix this.

    I received a masterclass for a student at 1 dollar per year. I didn't use it, and it's up to me. I'm not worried about that since it was a mere dollar to test whether you liked the program. However, when I go to the login page, there's nothing but "cancel the subscription," as their help page suggests. I didn't have a linked card (maybe because I signed up as an undergraduate student? I'm not sure), so I believed everything I paid for was a one-time thing, and I didn't look at it.

    However, for the past two years, they've charged me 180 dollars, and I've not realized it until recently, as the 1 dollar "student deal' is activated by auto-renew, which is the default. Please be sure to correct me if I'm not isn't shown anywhere other than on my bank statement each year. And, of course, many classes are conducted by independent contractors, meaning that most times, the design and the quality of content aren't excellent. I wouldn't pay $1 for a calendar year with this company or even $180. They're greedy and parasitic. Don't even bother.

    I can only say that canceling renewals can be a pain. Some of the content is excellently made. However, it's a bit on the surface. You nYou need to visit the website if you've got an account there, and loading your subscription can take a long time when the website is loading very quickly. Why wouldn't a legitimate company let you manage your account on an application where you have been identified as the user? This is too suspicious for me.

    I signed up and chose the plan of $15 per month in the hope that I could end the program at any time. I entered my credit card information in, and afterward, in small letters, as it was processing, I got a total of $180. ....I quite quickly hoped it didn't go through, but it did. I then submitted the request for refund/cancellation, and it said it'll take 5-10 days. I hope that the refund process goes smoothly without issue. It's a bit unethical to present it as if you're paying $15 and then need to go through the tiny print to figure the total amount is $180. ....be careful

    I was given a masterclass as a present. However, I didn't bother taking advantage of the program for more than one year without realizing that it had expired after one year. The company is very effective in ads, and I realized I should have used my "gift subscription" only to discover that it had expired. I contacted customer service to see if they could extend the subscription. However, I was told I could avail of a 14-day trial instead. The original price of $180, I thought it was a meager price and gave me the impression that the company was wise. I'd think twice about buying the Masterclass gift subscription for someone else. I'm not able to comment on the contents. This is a shame since it looked beautiful. I'm also not going to activate the 14-day trial due to this issue and the comments that many customers have trouble canceling their subscriptions.
