Ordered a MacBook Air from Loop Mobile. After studying a handful of poor opinions about customer service, I figured the majority had been positive and the charge became proper. It arrived in about three days, and after I opened it, not only turned into it packaged very loosely, it turned into now not the pc I ordered.
I at once referred to as the customer service line however countless tries at different times of day have been answered via an automatic "There are no marketers to be had to take your call" message, and my electronic mail has long past unanswered for several days now.
Luckily I did a charge plan, so only a portion of the cost is misplaced to this point, however 3 additional bills are because of be drafted from my account for a computer I did not order and do not want. I'm seeking to go back the only that became mistakenly introduced and just cancel my order for money back, if someone will reply to me.

Aside from the loop, mobile did the trick for me. The phone wasn't needed for the expedition but was delivered on time. It is the same as the last phone, and; I'veo issues. One question I have is, does the packaging have a recyclable material? Or compostable?

My issue is with customer service. I contacted, mailed, and then replied to a ticket that requested an exact tax invoice, but I received no response. When I called, I was required to respond to an email (which was sent to me via email) with exactly what I needed, and when I did so, they ghosted me. The product's quality was in line with what I was expecting.

Easy purchase, clear site that lists all options and costs, quick and safe delivery. I had no problems whatsoever; however, my only issue was that the phone was packed with no protection for the screen. A tiny piece of foam or similar belief could make this phone more comfortable in its box.

I never got the phone I ordered. I emailed the seller, but they've not responded within two days. Perhaps I'll try to submit a claim to FedEx. The customer support is non-existent from Loop Mobile, however. This is my second purchase from them. The first one was delivered well, but I received no notification of any support whatsoever on the second order. It appears that they don't have boxes to transport their phones but just bubble wrap. You may want to consider looking at other places for iPhones that do not have mobile loops.

The phone that was sent first had a screen issue. It was not an issue, but it wasn't easy to reach customer support. The only contact number is for a foreign country on the website, and no email responses for many days. I also said that I needed an alternative phone but was waiting for a refund and then reordered myself.
The phone was intended to be a Mother's birthday present, but it was ten days overdue. A replacement phone was eventually sent. However, there is some room to improve. After that, the company did call me back and offered me a 20-dollar refund for the inconvenience, which was a nice gesture.

Loop Mobile delivered a beautiful product in good functioning condition. I haven't seen any indications of the watch having been repaired.
The only thing I dislike about this Apple Watch I purchased is that the battery isn't able to charge fully. However, that's what is stated in the terms for the purchase.
In the case of the Apple Watch, a battery that is 100% capable is more suitable for me.
