Absolutely Ripped Off
Absolutely ripped off. Turned up did 8 mins work stated nothing provided not anything simply positioned lock back collectively and suggested to shop for a brand new manage in morning. Fitted a lock barrel we bought and did off with $189 after no longer informing us. Was intended to be no hidden charges. Was supposed to be $forty nine did sincerely nowt.Do your self a favour and keep away from these human beings. Absolute rip off company.
Absolutely Horrendous People
The worst thing I have ever seen. I would like to give the company 0 five stars. It would have been nice to gone through these reviews prior to using this scamming company. They offered 55 (as it appears they offer) but ended up putting an additional call-out charge on the way in as well as VAT once they been in the premises. The caller was frightened.

The company you are dealing with is a complete scam. I was disabled and locked myself inside, and I desperately wanted to take my medicine indoors. I called to ask for the price to access my house, and I was offered a PS55, which I accepted. The locksmith arrived, utilized my card, and it took him less than five minutes to access my home. National Locksmith Ltd sent an engineer to repair the jammed lock of the front door's mechanism. My wife was reiterated since she was forced to go out. The East European guy gave her PS650 and told her he needed to drive off and collect the part. He returned a couple of hours later, saying that he needed to travel for about one hour to get the amount. He just changed the gearbox. Absolute Scammers. We spoke with a registered local locksmith, who told me he'd completed a similar task on a neighbor's property to charge PS145. I will report the incident to trade regulations.
Avoid it
A total disgrace for a business. Avoid it at all costs; by that, I do not mean the price! They charged a weak and desperate individual PS504 for work that, in the event of being questioned, was given a quote of PS105. The components they set PS177 for are available online for less than ten dollars!!

Unfortunately, this Company can get into the habit of charging vulnerable people to put the latest lock on the front of their doors. They set my brother, who is 77 and was struck by accident and cannot speak, a sum of PS600 to install one. Because I reside in Kent, I heard about this from his neighbor, who called me and initially rang the Locksmith. He wasn't given any receipt or invoice. After numerous attempts to contact the Locksmith to inquire about an explanation, I got cut off from the phone, and he could not talk to me. Given the numerous negative reviews this Company has received on Trustpilot, I hope they will do something about it.

They promised me a date, were very professional and prompt service. Very fast, and I could not be more grateful. The service was fantastic. I've never met someone so patient and willing to assist me when I needed to return home to New Mexico. I would recommend Locksmith 24/7 to anyone, and I will be using them again should there is a problem; I'll certainly call them.

David opened it without any damage, and the door was perfectly intact. It cost only a few dollars to repair the lock after opening it; we followed his advice because it was cheaper than purchasing a new wave. The company is a source of confidence. Thank you for mentioning that the locksmith website belongs to Trigger Logistics or any other firm. The website does not belong to. INVALID. Beware that. Numerous reviews are fake.

This company is fraud and a has been stealing money from customers. When the door lock snapped, I was out while my spouse was at home. A locksmith was at the house and charged her with PS992 to replace our lock. In response to questions, the locksmith stated it was the company's price! What a rip-off! I'm going to be able to alert the Police and Trade Standards. The stealing of vulnerable individuals is a disgrace, and I hope this business will be brought to task for its ongoing illegal activities.

The website quoted "from 49 quid". This is technically right, but it was his only call-out cost. I didn't expect to pay 232.80 for just 60 minutes of work. Misleading! I was glad he helped me get inside my house without causing damage to the lock. However, he's making more than the top Premier League footballer at the rate he earns. I gave him two stars because it demonstrated how easy it is for someone to get into my home when I do not lock the front door.

Great prompt service. The locksmith technician came in less than 20 minutes—a reasonable price for what was late at night, after 9 pm. I had expected to spend more. The guy was pleasant and didn't seem to mind my curiosity. Highly recommend these guys at any level, not just for customer service. Also, the company's name was not Trigger Logistics or MM.or any other names in this article.

Similar to others. I was quoted 59 plus VAT to replace the locks I purchased. Locksmith attempted to charge 220. Afraid and agitated until I resisted, they reduced the cost to PS79 and VAT. I was a failure and required someone else to help me solve. Don't use.
