Contacted the "company" without checking reviews THAT was my biggest mistake ever. I was offered PS49.99 for an ordinary unlocking of the side door leading towards the garden. Within 15 minutes of arrival this was increased to PS149.00 since the lock was described as an "difficult and ultra secure lock" This is a scam It was a complete scam!
The lock was then drilled out in under 20 minutes. They tried charging another PS167.00 for the replacement of this lock. Disgusted, I looked online and came across the exact lock that they wanted to purchase for less than PS20.00..I turned down their offer and instructed the company to leave...ABSOLUTE SCUMBAGS! use this company under any conditions. ....

I contacted the "company" without checking the review. That was the most significant error I've made in my life. I was given PS49.99 for an ordinary unlocking of the side door leading to the back garden. Within moments of my arrival, this increased to PS149.00 because it was the "difficult and ultra-secure lock." This is a rip-off. It was a complete scam! The lock was then drilled out in under 20 minutes. Then, they tried to charge another PS167.00 to replace this lock. Incredulous, I searched online and came across the lock they had been looking for at a price of less than PS20.00.I refused their service and instructed them that they should leave...ABSOLUTE SCUMBAGS! DO NOT employ this firm under any conditions.

I wish I'd read the reviews first. The awful company swindled me out of £125 for a lock, which costs £30 plus call-out and labor- total. He fitted an indoor lock to a front door, which doesn't meet British standards and insurance companies would not be happy with should you get robbed. I spent the next four days getting it replaced by a trusted local locksmith who I wish I'd used in the first place. Avoid the plague.

We are entirely swindled today. We called them because we needed to leave the house, and the front door lock had become jammed. They arrived and took our safety, and the cost increased; finally, at PS396, the highest expensive item was PS179, which we've since found at PS39 elsewhere. The new lock cycle cost us PS65, but later we discovered elsewhere for 30- 40. There was Labour, a call-out, and then some of her parts and pieces, and the total cost us PS396. The pressure is on you to sign because, at this moment, you've already paid the call-out price and will have the door lock wholly removed from your floor. Since we were rushing to make it to the hospital, we did not realize that the document we believed we had signed (the statement of the invoice for works was completed) was a waiver against any liability arising from issues with the work and parts. It's not clear if this is legally valid. I just arrived tonight and had the opportunity to review critiques. We were horrified at their methods. They should never operate in this manner.

There was a complicated lock problem that locksmiths could not solve. However, this locksmith company was up for the task. They persevered and were creative to find a solution that ultimately solved the issue. I was highly impressed by their professionalism and expertise.

I ended up being caught in the same way as many other people. The first phone number that I came across on the internet. The company said they'd arrive within 20 minutes. It took them 3 hours for them to arrive. I was told they'd need to go into the wall. It took over an hour to do so. I was charged PS240 for labor and the purchase of a new lock—a total scammer. Never use.

Never use this Company. My daughter came home after work but could not gain entry into her home due to a malfunctioning gear within the locking system for the front door. System.Called. Unlock and th, ey gave her an acceptable estimate. The quote was reasonable, but she paid PS700, that's right, PS700. I am so cross. Our lock was fixed, and it only cost PS75. I've attempted to contact them via email but haven't received a response. I rang them but could only speak to a very unfriendly, aggressive man who would not discuss the invoice. Unfortunately, my daughter paid by debit card, so I have no recourse. B is legally aware of quotations for a job in this Company. My daughter, who is at risk, is furious and is hugely out of pocket.

I was at work today, but I discovered I could not get into it when I got home. I contacted this company, who said they would be there within 10.30 despite multiple calls to inquire about the location. The company still had not arrived until 11.30. They did not meet my expectations and constantly lied about where they'd been and how long it would take them to get there, utterly untrue about turnaround times. I would not recommend them to anyone. The only thing I'd change is to put it minus the possibility of poor service.

The incorrect information on the lock was supplied. The safety isn't police-approved or certified by trades. I paid PS526 for a new wave. The price is outrageous for low-quality locks. Locks cost around PS8 and cost PS69, which, unfortunately, is not secure nor authorized in Uk. The system cost PS60 and was purchased by me for PS359. It was a complete disappointment and a source of anger. They should be ashamed to exploit individuals like this during this crisis. Do not be a victim and instead try other people.
They were able to get the job done.
I was locked out. It took 55 minutes for the staff to get there. They attempted to open the door, but the pins were anti-picking. They cost PS108 to drill the lock and PS50 for the callout charge for PS158. They delivered as they stated they would, and I paid using the American Express card without issue. Friendly when speaking to them, they were able to get the job done.

I wouldn't suggest it! I'm not sure how they could be advertised anywhere. !!!! They were furious and did not respond to my email or even answer my phone!!

The process of opening the lock took only a just a couple of minutes, and he then left the premises clean and clean. If I ever require locksmith service once more, with no hesitation, I'll dial the Lock-unlock.
I guess you work for this company. This company is atrocious, they took literally took minutes to open the door and charged £89 when it was supposed to be £49. We called them to complain and the lady was very aggressive and said the manager would call me back, which didn’t happen. Our key was lost one month ago, and we needed to call a Locksmith who arrived in under 20 minutes. Chris introduced Himself and inquired about what was going on, asked for the ID of the address to which we had provided, and then told my husband and me that he would attempt to open the door and asked if he would be capable of opening it by choosing, it would cost us only 49$. The payment can be paid by credit card, Cash, or Bank transfer.No more than 7 minutes later; it is Open. We will call back when needed and will recommend this to all.

It is the absolute slapstick of this company to quote PS49 for the job if it was simple. The locksmith turned up and started saying it was difficult to gain entry and then going on with his tales of adolescence, trying to distract and charge me for PS194. He said he would sling it and then demand PS49 call-out charges to tell me his story, madman, and then said he'd return at the end of the next work day to see whether I could speak to the manager. I tried calling the manager several times but got no response. Absolute scammers left me out in the frigid winter weather. I called my landlord's PFP, and they sent emergency joiners to my house and had me inside in minutes and with no damage whatsoever. The only thing they're after is your money.

Could you not make use of it? I called to find out more about prices before I'd read the reviews. They sent someone out before I confirmed I wanted to go with them. I tried to cancel the appointment, but the person sent out was not informed, so he still showed up and was a bit smug, saying I should've called his phone number, even though I called the company that was supposed to have advised the person. After working with a reputable locksmith, I've been told that they will always offer PS39, but they always overcharge when they evaluate the situation; therefore, unless you establish a maximum, you'll be charged more than that amount. It's evident in the various reviews! The person who arrived in their vehicle. It was highly informal and didn't seem like they were a legitimate source whatsoever. It would help if you used someone else.

After I asked about it, the person who answered claimed it was because he'd needed to fix the plate after breaking it! I wasn't going to argue since I was on my own with my son, but it made me furious.

They claimed that locks begin at PS25 and so on. The wave was PS119. It's an option to purchase a lock at PS35; however, I would have paid more for the call-out and fitted in more. The safety is working fine and appears good-fitted. It was given a thorough test before leaving.

They charged me over PS700 to drill an entry point (which was not required) and to replace the lock and a component of the locking mechanism, which I've found out they did not even repair. A total scam; I wish I'd read the reviews before. I'm kicking myself for having been so ignorant. I will go to the trading standards department and investigate any legal recourses I might have.

It's a scam company
It's a scam company. I am not sure why people would take advantage of this and do it and get away with it. UK Trustpilot has nothing it can be done to alert you to this issue. The manager has not called me back to date, and they've removed my number. A friend called them this morning from my number, and they offered to visit but when I phoned it said that they don't service my area. If you're considering using them, don't. Don't be deceived by the glowing reviews.

Anti-snap lock stuffed in the entrance door. I called them, and within 30 minutes, they showed up. I was informed of the cost, and I was fixed in 20 minutes. I paid more than the call-out cost because additional work was required. Excellent customer service. Would return to

My concern is the possibility that someone who would like to break into your home can make contact with these "cowboys" to gain entrance into your property! Beware of this company at all costs! They will open your lock without having the proof of address.
Courteous, punctual, prompt, friendly, and honest
So the locking mechanism fell on my door, and I asked the door to fix it. They took my contact details and informed me they would be there in j0 minutes.
Two minutes later, the person who was calling informed me that he'd also be at my door in 30 minutes.
While waiting, I looked up the reviews on this site and became concerned as they're not great, but I decided to sit and wait for a while.
The man arrived promptly and was extremely friendly. He then explained to me what had happened.
The door was opened to determine if there was an easier way to gain access, but there was it was not.
He informed me of the cost upfront, there was no hidden costs and was extremely genuine.
So I thought I'd write a review on this site to demonstrate that there isn't anything wrong with it and sometimes people don't want to shell out for something they didn't expect to occur however everybody knows that a locksmith's service is costly, indeed.
I felt it was an acceptable price, and the Romanian man who came to me was courteous, punctual, prompt, friendly, and honest. I would definitely recommend it.
