Bill Payment Nightmare
Kitco recommend deciding to buy product via invoice payment. It become the worst factor I ever did. Kitco accounting would no longer release the product I sold as they claimed I bought the product individually in preference to for my business enterprise. This became regardless of the fact that I actually have offered hundreds of stock formerly for my enterprise. I wanted the stock for customers and feature had to make concessions to customers as a result. Kitco wishes to awaken in relation to invoice bills.
Awful Delivery
Really annoying that I needed to take a day off paintings to look forward to the shipping because Kitco would not allow me have FedEx maintain the package at one in all their places. If I'd had been capable of order the equal product from the Royal Canadian Mint, they would have shipped it USPS and the package would have been held at the put up office for me. Stay away from this business.
Never Do Business With Kitco
I located order wth kitco and made the fee within 10 days thru online payment. Those men even after figuring out my payment they did not ship the order saying that it'll be shipped best after 3 weeks . I believe them that they have got a statement on the internet site for non-public assessments, online payments, and enterprise exams. However, it says difficulty.
Once they recognise the fee , why the heck they should look forward to 3 weeks. Clearly, this guys are playing( doing commercial enterprise) with people's cash. Really clever guys in doing commercial enterprise. It appears , I gets my gold only after forty five days from the orderdate from this oldsters. I will by no means do a transaction with this guys once more and also will in no way recommend this to absolutely everyone.
Kitco isn't carrying the gold check!
I made two purchases with Kitco and paid for them using Wells Fargo Cashier Check per Kitco's instructions. After a few days, I didn't get an update to my account for customers acknowledging receipt of my payment. When I contacted them, they claimed they did not receive the money. When I informed them that I would go to the bank to stop Payment for the Check, their staff miraculously discovered my check within the "accounting department" during the same phone conversation. A few more days passed, and no delivery. I tried calling them again, and they told me they were putting a 10- day hold on the Bank Cashiers Check .....totally from the wall. .....Kitco isn't carrying the gold check!
The service is poor
My order is costly in silver, but they are much cheaper. Ave placed several large orders through them. They are reasonably priced, but the service is poor. The employees they employ are inexperienced and young. They also came up with 10 OZ less than my delivery of gold, which was rectified. I'm using Border gold for my gold now, which has the same price but is far more professional. The b

In one instance, I removed all my positions in silver and gold. I asked for a check for the entire amount of the funds on my credit card.
I required the cash to buy an apartment. After a few years, later, I was able to get the money that I wanted to reinvest in gold.
I was assuming I'd need to create a new account. I was surprised to find that even though I had been in the same spot for more than a whole year with no activity and with a zero balance, the account was accessible.
