The interaction with the shop was highly positive. The directions were good. The bottom line is that I love this bicycle.

Additionally, the manual and the directions are not very good. Do your research. I would suggest buying at a local retailer in the event you're considering buying the possibility of purchasing an electric bike.

I received excellent customer service regarding my questions regarding delivery and specs before the purchase. After the final assembly, I have further questions concerning front fork preload adjustments and modifications to the rear suspension of the USB connection the manufacturer had modified. My questions on the rest as well as fork adjustment went unanswered. This is the reason behind the rating of 4.

It's so enjoyable
I've wanted to own an electric bike for a while.
I'm nearly 60 and needed something I could ride or help me with in the event of need or ride to have fun.
I did a lot researching and read reviews.
I was apprehensive about purchasing on the internet without seeing it, and I was satisfied with the bicycle.
The instructions could be slightly better, but the product is fantastic for the cost (and I did shop all over)!
It's more than fast, and even my family members were pleasantly surprised.
The battery is long-lasting. I strongly recommend it. It's so enjoyable.
