Very Professional and Diligent

I regret to say that my experience with Joey's videography services for my wedding was less than satisfactory. Despite initially expressing my preferences and desires, I found that the final product did not align with the discussion. The video failed to capture the essence of the day, and I was left disappointed and underwhelmed.
Communication was a significant issue throughout the process, as my attempts to address concerns were met with a lack of responsiveness. It seemed as though Joey was more interested in his vision than in delivering the personalized service he had initially promised.
Additionally, there were technical issues with the final video, including poor audio quality and shaky camera work, which further diminished the overall experience. I had hoped for a captivating and memorable representation of my wedding day, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

My wife and I are pleased that we chose Joey to be our photographer for our wedding day. Joey was charming to work with during both the planning phase and the wedding day. Our photos were stunning. Joey takes great pride in the craft he's working on and in creating an excellent finished result. We were extremely pleased with his delivery speed; he responded quickly to our emails throughout the planning process and turned in the photos sooner than we anticipated. Super responsive
My now fiancee and I had Joey shoot our proposal. I booked a helicopter tour that landed on a private estate. Joey made it super easy for me to give him all the details I knew about the property without ever being there. He got there before we arrived to scout the area and set it up. I cannot say enough nice things about Joey. He was super responsive. He was always on top of everything, whether we were talking through email, text, or phone calls. He worked around a lot of issues without hesitation. Whether that was the symmetry of the shot, our goofiness, and making the most out of what we were given with the property, he was swift with our pictures and put time into the video. He did not rush, he made sure that his work was quality, and it is apparent that he has a standard he shoots for. Joey is transparent, communicative, easy to work with, and delivers quality work. The highlight video we created is exactly what we wanted. We are delighted with the result! Joey was extremely accommodating and flexible with our schedule. He was aware of the ropes! Watching the video again brings back the emotions and feelings of the day. He created a video that perfectly captured our experience! I cannot stop watching it!
