    Very pleased with their customer service

    Erik Olds emailed me, and we worked out a plan for an order placed for four products. They could only have two items available. Very pleased with their customer service. They were eager to assist me with time frames and other issues with in-stock items: great Job, Erik and Jedco. I look at doing business with you shortly.

    Excellent knowledge

    The Satellite Boulevard Duluth station personnel have had excellent knowledge and have always been able to provide everything I wanted. I rely on my equipment for fitting and air handling via their facilities. If there were anything I'd like to see, it is a branch someplace to the south of Atlanta in Forest Park, Georgia, or McDonough. From Bradshaw to McDonough, to their location, 67 miles from my home in Griffin, Georgia, to pick up items and take them back downtown. Atlanta is quite a hassle, especially when I have to travel to the south again on Interstate 85, which is constantly backed up.

    The staff is highly knowledgeable

    I would highly suggest Energy & Heating JEDCO because of the professionalism they display and how serious they are about satisfying their customers. It's a fantastic firm doing great work within the heating and energy sectors. The staff is highly knowledgeable and has a vast knowledge of heating and energy, so you'll receive the most effective solutions to everything you require.

    When I contacted your company, I was able to obtain the exact item I needed and then have it delivered to me in several days. Joe was the experienced customer service representative who assisted me. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

    Item purchase came in damaged.

    Item purchase came in damaged. We attempted to contact the seller twice to request a replacement for us, and we were told it would be delivered. After three to four weeks, the relief didn't arrive. We tried calling again and finally received a changed order number relief two days later. Whilaterdco was able to provide the item we needed, but their customer service was generally poor (except for the last customer we had a conversation with).

    My message to Jedco to inquire about the warranty was not answered.

    I invested hundreds of dollars in the "solid brass" registers, and after six months, they were just as bad as the ones I substituted with. They're all rusting and cannot be fixed by polishing. Most likely, they are manufactured in China, where the cost can be higher than the quality. My message to Jedco to inquire about the warranty was not answered.

    I'm extremely disappointed.

    I purchased two A290 series filter grilles and got a confirmation email of the identical. The supplier substituted and delivered two RHFW filter grilles, then reduced the amount and charged my bank for the difference without ever contacting me. Although the filters have identical sizes for openings, there are some variations in blade spacing, hardware, and design. I'm incredibly disappointed.

    I was disappointed

    I was disappointed that they didn't charge me the freight fee of $8.97 to return an item that was not the correct size and instead sent me a return label. Instead, I paid $37 for the return of the identical product. Customer service is excellent, and works with their customers. I'm not sure they're willing to cooperate with me, mainly because the mistake in my order was due to the website's confusion. I will never deal with this business again.

    The product was in stock and delivered quickly. However, the fine printing on the specifications of the product is. It wasn't clear on the site that the upgrade kit installed on the system requires a second purchase before the product can be used. If I had known this, I'd ordered a backward compatible (and less expensive product, even if it was inferior).

    The item that was sent was used, and we are bolted so tightly on the cylinder rod cannot take it off the cylinder feeder. I will check to see if this issue is solved. The person who took the call about the problem was very courteous.

    I am unable to respond to emails

    I am unable to respond to emails requiring my company to make purchases using a credit card through web-based shopping. This is a cumbersome procedure for me and my company (PO creation manually entering orders online, PO confirmation credit card expense report using my dock to get approval for credit card expense reports).

    I am highly dissatisfied

    I am highly dissatisfied with how I was misled about the delivery of my order and the extra charges for expedited shipping. I was told the delivery time is 3 to 5 days, but it could take two weeks. I was assured I would be given an identification number for tracking, but I did not receive it. I provided the salesperson with the contact information and the number that would be used to receive the shipment; however, it was not provided to the delivery company. Unprofessional, particularly for the $5,300.00 transaction that cost approximately 20 minutes to complete.

    I purchased a cold return vent for a thirty years old home and a size I could not find at big box stores or local hardware. The ordering process was smooth, and the delivery was excellent. When it arrived, it was a size that was incorrect. Maybe I didn't comprehend your size--I'm not sure. The quality and cost are outstanding, which is why the cost of shipping the returned item is not logical. I'll donate it to your local thrift store.

    I was able to use an additional ceiling vent

    I was able to use an additional ceiling vent. I called and spoke to someone at the office. I informed him that five of the 12 packages did not come with screws. I needed to drive towards Home Depot and buy them. It was a bit of a pain but. He claimed that it was the people who packed the stuff that made it. He then told me not to return the vent and offered me a change of $12 credit on my credit card. Today, I checked and did not receive that credit.

    Order never received

    Order never received; UPS reports as delivered. UPS will not do anything, saying that claims must originate from the shipper. I contacted Jedco, and the person I spoke to was unwilling to assist. He said it was a matter of the responsibility of me and UPS and that I was required to reach UPS.

    Eric was very helpful

    Eric was very helpful in helping me to place my order and locate the right items to meet my requirements. I was initially having an issue ordering online, which was explained by the fact that JEDCO recently purchased the business/website I had been initially informed of. (So specific kinks are being worked out.) Again, Eric was friendly and experienced.

    The first thing they did was have the item I'd searched for years. My home is nearly 46 years old, and locating replacement parts is difficult. Part arrived quickly, and it was a perfect fit. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you.

    I would highly recommend them based on this experience.

    The Jedco website helped me find the product; I wanted an elementary size. Payment and ordering were fast. The grill was delivered in just a couple of days, even with a busy weekend of holidays. It arrived in excellent condition. It was well wrapped and shielded from damage (I would like all businesses to cover their products with the same protection you offer!). The grill's color was flawless, with no chips, scratches, or other issues. It was a flawlessly smooth surface. The grill is also sturdy, not thin. I'd undoubtedly use Jedco again for any grill and wall vent needs. I would highly recommend them based on this experience.

    Jedco provided the exact items I required

    Jedco provided the exact items I required. However, there was a misunderstanding about shipping the order. Most online stores will ship within a few days once the thing is ready and available. I have to contact your office before your team completes the order. It appears to be an error in the manual or a disconnect from IT notifying me of the fulfillment of my order.

    The experience of working with this firm is excellent. Throughout the entire process, they've been accommodating. The installation crew was experienced and knowledgeable. The heating system we installed was by JEDCO. We are satisfied with the results.

    I was looking on several sites to find the vent covers I required. I found what I was looking for on the Jedco website. I placed my order. However, I was unable to enter my credit card details. I called the company, and my order and credit card information were processed by phone.
