I have not acquired the wig all I ever got was a message from my credit score card organisation that $eleven.00 turned into charged and that turned into a ordinary system to insure that it wasn't a fraudulent transaction.
Which become appreciated however as of this date no wig and I do not know what passed off (no in addition rate on the card either). I haven't received any verbal exchange from Jacquelyn Wigs so I am not privy to any problems.

I was very, very disappointed
I have lost hair following chemo as well as radiation. I never got my hair back. I've been visiting this salon for years. I purchase one wig per year for $1600 to 2000. The quality isn't as good as European hair, but this is the only one I could find. Last wig that I purchased I tossed out following the very first washing. I was very, very disappointed.

The company didn't carry the correct hair color available, so they ordered whatever they wanted, similar to the style. The color was not the one I had ordered. After a few several weeks, they finally got it taken care of. They initially told ME to return the item and to pay for shipping. Then they paid after they argued with them about the fact that they had sent the wrong item. They shipped the wrong item and then sent me an email stating that they will give a refund this time but in the near future they will not.
I doubt it. !!!! It is not possible to send an item that isn't correct and inform me that you will not return it. They aren't accountable for their errors. Insufficient business knowledge. I wouldn't suggest doing business with these people. There isn't any loyalty to their customers, especially after years of business and many thousands of dollars. It's a shame and an absolute disaster. They're offering a refund; however, it's part of it, and I'll fight against the company that issued my credit card. Dee, I would like an entire refund.
The wig is highly excellent for the price
My experience at Jacquelyn's was hands down the best at a wig salon I've had thus far.
I told the associate precisely what I wanted, and she found the perfect wig in less than three tries.
She proceeded to cut and style the wig to perfection afterward.
