Ordered a Trek mountain motorbike on February 20, 2024. J Bike and City Transit sent tracking variety. Updated shipping info from Jakarta to Singapore to Pakistan to Ireland to New York. No update because March 08, I contacted thru electronic mail each J Bike And City Transit, each stated bike might arrive March 18th. No response to any communique considering March 18th. No motorcycle delivered. Filed a dispute with PayPal and my CC organisation for refund.
100% Sure It's Scam Company
I believe that is a scam organization, All premium manufactures deny that this agency is a part of their provider community. PLEASE continue with caution. I noticed some purple flags and upon investigating, I discovered this company isn't legit. I would believe, you'll in no way get hold of the top class object you bought, or, something apart from what you ordered will show up at your door. Try having a few communique, earlier than buying something.
Complete scam
Complete scam. It will give you a tracking code for a company named Transcargo...I tracked on my "bike" from Jakarta to Pakistan, Ireland,...then to finally New York. The bike has been in customs since July 28th. The company will respond to emails. However, it's not happening now...they might have an insider with Transcargo, which offers them the tracking number...I used PayPal to pay for my shipping; don't waste your time. I gave them five stars to ensure that they can be rated five stars when Jbikes reviews the review...anyone searching them on Trustpilot will see that they try to cover up reviews with five stars. It's a sign of something wrong.
I purchased a Rock Hopper and paid for it
I purchased a Rock Hopper and paid for it. It was reportedly delivered from New York but stopped delivery to me. Nobody responds to their email or phone. I'm still without the bike that I paid for.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable
I took my bike to a well-known auto and Bike shop, "Hal" !! The guy charged me for the service and did not inform me that I needed to do additional work and expenses. When I brought my bicycle to JB's, not just did I receive excellent service, but also the issues I was having were solved and explained. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also charge an affordable price .. I'll be using the service again and inform anyone I know about their greaworkob. Visit this place first for repairs to your bike.
It's a complete scam
It's a complete scam. I placed my order via PayPal, and they refunded my money and requested payment through Western Union due to a lack of documentation from PayPal. Then, I contacted PayPal to request the documents needed. I then asked Jbikestore for a copy of the papers but did not receive a response.
Company is fraudulent
I am convinced that this company is fraudulent Premium manufacturers do not claim to be one of their dealers.
Please be cautious. There were certain red flags, and after looking into the matter, I discovered that this business is unreliable.
I'm sure you won't receive the top quality item you bought, or something other than what you ordered will arrive at your doorstep.
