Booking Process Terrible
Unfortunately a truly horrible booking revel in. Their internet site instructs you to e-mail (which I did) then they email you a time and ask you to call to verify (which I did) only to be informed they don’t have the time they offered me anymore. Staff at the smartphone didn’t even attempt to offer opportunity times. Not recommended and I advice that please stay away from Izba Spa.
Excellent experience.
90-minute massage, body scrub. This was my first visit here. Excellent experience. The massage was perfect! The spa is currently under renovation. However, they are still highly accommodating. We are looking forward to visiting again.
I will never come to this place ever again
I scheduled a hot tub and one-hour massage appointment at 545 pm. I drove through rush hour traffic for 45 minutes and paid for parking. I arrived at 530PM and was told my work was unavailable. The person told me the number he had called and left a message on my mobile. The letter was not gone. However, I did find the business number given as 512 PM. Then, the man thought of a brilliant idea of asking me if I'd like to move the date! REALLY. Then I drove for an hour through another rush hour to arrive home. Terrible business practices and horrible customer service. I will never come to this place ever again. PATRONIZE AT YOUR OWN RISK
We won't be back
I booked this to make it extra special for my boyfriend's birthday. I wasn't informed that the downstairs room was unavailable due to a fire that occurred just two years back. The staff took us upstairs, which felt janky. The thing that made this experience an extra star was the lovely masseuse. I'm still a bit upset that I spent $300 on something I could have gone to my gym to get. We won't be back.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my visit to Izba! Brian was a great Therapist, and it was a good fortune to find that he'd recently received training in treating shoulders (since I'm having problems with one of my shoulders).
The banya was a delight - I love it!! Very professional, enjoyable, and instructive. He was highly responsive to changing pressure whenever I required it.
The hot bath on a cold winter day from the honey and leaves, and the flow in cold, refreshing water towards the conclusion.
I'm not sure how it's been so long since I've visited. I'm going to make this appointment part of my daily routine!
