The image is a dark
The back image of the darling's Frankxx hoodie appears off-colored. Half of the image is a dark tone than the Other Half

I'm ashamed to give this to someone right now. It's cheap and looks similar to other materials in the photo—0 for quality. The design on the hoodie appears as if it was cut out and then pasted (not good enough).

My first order arrived with chipped corners due to shipping, not the packaging. It was packed very well. I contacted the company, and they sent me an image and swiftly provided me with a replacement: excellent quality and customer service. My purchase was exactly as shown. The hoodie feels soft
The hoodie feels soft. The print is a bit blurry. It's as if it's zoomed in. I was planning to give this to my husband on Valentine's Day, but I didn't believe it was good enough, considering that He's a colossal anime merch collector. I'll keep it for myself as I purchased it previously. The time frame for the hoodie's arrival was not wrong. I did not have to wait for more than one month.
I'm not quite sure what to do next
It's been eight days since my package was delivered, and when I check it, it says the pre-shipping label was put in place, but there is no tracking information available. I've contacted the Island of Anime, and they provided me with a link to track it, which I already had completed. I'm not quite sure what to do next.

Thank you for my order
I made an online order of two hoodies on April 12. The order arrived before May 13. The hoodies fit a bit small, as I ordered an XL, and they are more like an American medium or large. The hoodies have an intriguing texture, which is not your usual soft, but it's neither bad. The customer service has been excellent and extremely accommodating! Thank you for my order.

I paid for three stickers but only received 2. It wasn't just two; they were the incorrect stickers and not the correct ones, haha. I reached out to customer support, and they could assist me and send me the three valid stickers without any issues. The stickers are unique and of good quality.
