A fantastic category
I was impressed with the user experience on Ideal808, as it offers many books and series with a fantastic Genre category.
Bit disappointing
For anyone who reads this, this isn't the usual experience I get when shopping at this store. I've bought many things here, and my experience has been excellent. I am satisfied that the cards arrived early and in good condition. However, the last transaction wasn't so great. My item's tracking stated that it had been received, and I went out to get my mail. The package was not there. This was quite a long time back. I waited a few days, then sent emails to Customer Service, and eventually received a response. The only reply I received was an apology, which was lovely. However, I received nothing. It's not happening, so we'll send a refund or a resend. It might not seem to be a lot, but $75 is an amount to me, and to spend this much and not receive anything is a bit disappointing. I will likely buy from this site, but I'm more prudent.

They are nothing more than trouble
I asked for an exchange on a PRIME order, and they offered me store credit without asking. They told me no when I asked them to refund my item because I did not require store credit. The price is now higher for the pre-order. Beware of these guys; they are nothing more than trouble.

One of my top places to visit is the Play cards store. Everyone employed it is charming, and it's a beautiful place! I love going to play games, and they also have a huge collection of trading cards and collectibles, such as pop figures and Squishmallows.

I recently received some cards from ideal808, and they sent me information about discounts. Very pleasant, and I was awed by the card that came with my Yugioh cards. It felt like a personal touch and was well-loved; I look forward to doing more business with them.

There are many options in pokemon-themed cards (and various other cards for trading, but I've only heard of pokemon), friendly staff, and a tidy restaurant. The last time I visited, they held a "Spin the wheel" event with prizes, which was great fun!
