Poor support, suspended TrustPilot Account, cancelled orders and didn’t receive my first one that didn’t have a tracking number.
3 orders say cancelled and one says processing where they charged me but I didn’t receive the product or tracking.
Company refused to reship or refund and I had to dispute with my bank, close my checking account, credit cards etc because I gave them my checking and routing number on a fraudulent order.
They promote thousands of satisfied reviews on trust pilot yet their account on the site is suspended but they still promote it at i49.net
This company appears to be failing and struggling and doesn’t help or assist with lost or undelivered orders.
Would order elsewhere and not from i49
Scam company, cancelled orders, and the one they did not cancel, it did not arrive and they wouldn't reship.
You have them listed on your page. I placed 4 orders with them. 3 were large and cancelled. The very first order was shipped w/o tracking and never arrived. i49.net refused to compensate me for my loss or off any means of a re-shipment.
They have since refused to respond to any emails, canceled all my orders, and their "Trustpilot" page has been suspended, yet they still promote it on their website.
This company may be legitimate, but is using false advertisements, false promoting, and does not respond to support requests or assist when there is a problem with an order.
In my case, 3 canceled, 1 not delivered. I have proof of all this, and you can verify my claims. I'd put up a warning or remove them from your site. Check out their mainpage at i49.net and then try and check their trustpilot reviews. Account suspended.

I'm very pleased with your services and products. I've had a positive experience using your service. You have excellent communication and are quick. I would prefer that you deliver UPS however I'm sure there are legal concerns that stop it.
Every single seed I've received from you has performed well Certain stainings have proven more difficult to germinate, however I've not had any negative experience, such as bad seeds or similar. I love your special deals and the wide selection of seeds. I'm not able speak to your other non-seed items since I have no interest in them.
The 7 seeds that did pop appear to be extremely sturdy
Of 12 seeds, only seven popped. I cannot figure out the best way of replacing the seeds, which is very frustrating. The seven sources that did pop appear to be extremely sturdy. I would rate them five stars otherwise.
I purchased four different varieties
I purchased four varieties: Runts, Dos si does, Skittles, and NorthernlightsX10. The seeds I've germinated have opened up and developed roots long enough to root into plugs in just two days. But as every grower knows, each source is slightly different, even from an identical plant. I'm only getting feminized and, thus far, mainly male.
Every seed is unique and has more male traits than the female or characteristics from females than the male. Like when you have children, each child differs a bit. So far, I've had no complaints about the plants I've developed, Black widows and Skittles, and both varieties have been doing great. I grew two Black widows in a 2X4 tent and got 10 ounces of the plants, which is 5 ounces each, so I am content. I have two Black Widow clones three weeks from when they are ready to cut, and they are beautiful. My Skittles are blooming while I type and doing very well. I've had no issues getting my orders.
Just be sure to confirm your order because in my first made an order, I didn't receive confirmation emails, and my order didn't get completed. It was not processed for four or five days until I realized I had missed the deadline and reached out to support via the website. I was contacted within 12 hours and confirmed my order, and the order was processed from that point on. The support was excellent and helpful. I have no complaints about I49 USA at this point. For all you growers out there, pick your favorite cultivars and start growing. Follow the PH daily and continue to grow, grow, and increase.
Great customer service
Prompt delivery, reasonable prices. The most important thing was that some seeds were not germinating.
There is a link on the website to report any problems. Within days, I received an email and a phone call.
I49 was concerned about my ability to germinate correctly, but also I49 was worried about their product quality.
After a short, friendly conversation, I was sent replacement seeds.
I have been a customer for life because of the speed and ease they solved my problem.

The viability of the seeds that I bought will determine my satisfaction. I'm an experienced gardener who has made a living from it for over 40 years. I am able to sow correctly. We will see how quickly the seed actually grows.
I hope for a higher percentage than the Homegrown Cannabis sent me in the past two seasons. (49%) at first, with 50% more viability of the replacement seed I requested.
