I highly recommend HairPlace NY
I went to HairPlace NY after reading all reviews. I went in for hair, and my consultant Ana was Ana. She was highly competent and extremely patient. They never tried to rush me and could answer all of my questions. Everyone was friendly. I am happy with my purchase. It looks exactly like my hair! I highly recommend HairPlace NY, especially if you're seeking hair for medical reasons.
My experience was horrible!
My experience was horrible! The game of catching the bait, low quality or the inefficiency, disdainful attitude of the proprietor was all a mess! It was long and culminated in me walking into the store to pick up my unit, and they took an item off the floor. They were the samples that customers would test every day and try to claim as my own. The owners explained that they had sold my unit. .... my team fully paid for and then they sold it to a different person.
They're the best!
My spouse and I have been seeing Suzy for over 15 years. Suzy always makes my hair look perfect, and my highlights look as natural as they can be. Also, Ana offers the most relaxing shampoo I've used. They're the best!
