The service is unsatisfactory
I sent an inquiry for a quote through the website precisely ONE week ago and haven't received a quote or an answer. I contacted Doreen to discuss the issue, and she explained it excellently. And, best of the best part, she assured me she'd get me an answer that day. However, I received none. I contacted her the next day, and she told me she'd sent me an email but received no response, and she advised me to submit a second request. She continues to inform me that she has many clients to care for and asks me to sit until my turn. Okay, now it is time to stop promoting to generate an estimate within the next 24 hours since it's a false advertisement. It's been a week since the initial request and more than 24hrs following the second request. The service is unsatisfactory, and I'm switching to a different supplier.
