    Returns Process Terrible

    It's a pity that if I wish to exchange something that's evidently defective, I must be given my money back and instead of waiting for you try the product.. It's a bit nefarious as I'm not even sure the person you're talking to and am offering you something that has was a cost of $100 which is a significant amount of money to certain people. I'm sure I can get the money to return.

    According to the sound of your review and the product itself, that you've received, it's possible to you can sell them and tell that customers have had a lot of return requests to say there's no way to return it. I'd like a quick refund to replace my defective graphic card that you kindly gave me to test by a friend who has built and tested computers for people of all ages. The guy even admitted it was faulty. I'd like to get my money back, but and not when you've "tested" the device, which is to say that you've sold it off

    Delayed Delivery, Lack of Communication, and Unresolved Issues

    My Experience with Ginger6 Computers was nothing short of disappointing. Despite paying for expedited service with the expectation of receiving my product within 2-3 working days, I was frustrated when the products arrived a whole week later.

    To exacerbate matters, my attempts to seek clarification on the delay through email were met with silence. Not only did I receive no response regarding the progress of my order, but my inquiry about a refund for the "expedited service" fee was also ignored.

    In a last-ditch effort to salvage the situation, I reached out to inquire about potential goodwill gestures, such as a small discount on future purchases, as a means of appeasement. Unfortunately, this plea went unanswered as well.

    The lack of communication and failure to address my concerns has left me with a sense of dissatisfaction. I've decided to take my business elsewhere in a market where alternatives abound. I believe in the power of consumer choice, and in this instance, I will be casting my vote against Ginger6 Computers with both my feet and my wallet.

    The excellent customer service

    Before purchasing a new laptop computer for my child, I wrote to Kevin for suggestions. Kevin promptly responded and told me what I needed to make sure my son had an appropriate computer to play his flight simulator and let him update his software. It was delivered quickly, and it was well-packed. My son was thrilled. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

    Great customer service. Always ready to speak with customers and assist you. The customer was helped and guided to the correct specifications for the product. Price and requirements were met. Delivery was within the timeframes stated, and the product was as expected. The second time I purchased from the company, I would buy from them for the next purchase.

    It's not clear what I did as a professional before I purchased my customized build i9 3070ti computer (customer experience analyst at the most prominent company). However, I'd at this moment appreciate G6's praise - that their customer service is exceptional. There is nothing too tricky, Kev and Co. is an excellent company to work with, and it is evident that Kev works tirelessly to provide the best products to his customers. A highly recommended business, purchase confidently.

    I will need legal action.

    My computer was purchased through amazon in the last few days, and I have had no issues. The computer is a costly paperweight. It is stuck in the blue boot loop of death. It has the stop code for adding. I've sent an email with their address on the website. So far, they haven't responded. I did get a chance to contact the company once and received a reply that said the issue was software related and most likely occurred during a windows update and that I needed to restart windows. Although the computer does not include a CD drive, it does. It's just a Windows disc. If I don't hear back soon, I will need legal action.

    They gave me an item with a new look with no warranty

    The new hard drive has a crack on the plastic panel. Return it, verify first, and then wait for an answer from the manufacturer, and then you will receive the replacement item. This is about 2-4 weeks. This is unacceptable because I paid for the new item for ASP. I couldn't wait that long, so they gave me an item with a new look with no warranty. It was a bit of a shock... I am now thinking about the possibility of new vendors...

    I love my new PC

    I love my new PC. I am thrilled with it. It was easy to set up, it was easy, and its cable management is excellent. But, when it arrived, the RGB fans wouldn't light up. I made a quick phone call, and the helper I spoke with helped me as the connection was not connected during shipment.

    A thing to consider is that they ship the PC and the accessories in a separate package, or at least in my situation, and I received one before the other. This meant that once I got the computer, I did not have a power adapter for a few hours, but I had spare ones lying around, so it wasn't an issue. However, it is something you should keep in your head. All being said, I do love my new PC

    Excellent communication from Kevin is a great selection of parts, superior quality build, and management of cables. We are incredibly grateful for the fantastic work they've put into it, and I will be back for a new body! Top-of-the-line.

    I've built various custom computers using Ginger 6 for many years.

    I recently purchased a custom computer, and I'm pleased that the Ginger 6's support and build speed is excellent.

    I strongly recommend this business should you be looking to purchase a custom-built computer or a prebuilt one.

    Communication via email between the company and me has been excellent.

    I would give this business the highest marks and recommend them to others in the future.
