    Efficient Resolution but Prolonged Wait Times on Chat Support

    The individual who assisted me did an excellent job of solving my problem. The connection, however, was prolonged, and I was forced to wait quite a while before someone could join the chat. Also, it took an extended duration when I wanted to inquire about something due to the poor connection. It is highly recommended that you get your customer support call line back. I'm not happy with the chat.

    Could not get new email working

    spent a whole week connecting to their support everyday. their answers are identical: we are actively working, we will get back in 24 hours. I believe no one is doing anything about a trivial issue with setting up and new email where their portal got stuck on "pending" for over a week. I requested a refund, the agent refused since they paid the license to Microsoft 365!!!! so far they have failed to activate the account, can not resolve it, and refuse to refund the license fee

    I'm a web-based website designer. I used domain.com to design a website for a customer and then gave everything administratively to the customer—access, admins, billing, contacts, etc. When my client's billing data was rejected, I was later billed for an annual usage charge of $300 or more. Domain.com refused to reimburse me even though I had no control of the site. DO NOT USE!!!

    A horrible time

    The only thing I needed to do was to remove the extension. My agent also took away my site builder! Then I was disconnected. The system allegedly stops if the client doesn't engage for more than five minutes. But they let you hang without anything for 10-15 minutes! I spent more than two and a half hours of lost time trying to figure this out, and they even offered me $7.5 credit for hosting. In addition, they charged me triple for this SSL Cert. for next year. It's a rip-off. It was a horrible time.

    I've paid for the domain and received confirmation of my payment. However, I did not get access to the item I bought. It was impossible to receive explanations or assistance from domain.com all day. A terrible business. This looks like a scam. Be skeptical, or you'll lose your money.

    I wish I'd come to read the reviews before. The lousy service appears to be the practice of DOMAIN.COM. Many users are suffering from the same issues. Also, I'm currently in this same category...smh. in Ine process of trying to cancel...this method is terrible!

    It's been a horror

    I bought the Google Workspace annual subscription a month ago but could not set it up. It's been a horror of chat conversations that lasted for many hours. Emails were sent between each other, and even phone calls to Google to aid me in the process of setting up my account. It was all unsuccessful. I was even told my account had been sold... After three weeks of frustration and stress, I contacted Domain.com to end my subscription and refund me the money - this was the least they could do considering the hardship I endured! And even to thtodayre are still emails and exchanges of messages with no resolution. I'm entirely dissatisfied with Domain.com. When there's an issue, they refuse to admit to the fault.

    The domain I purchased was registered at domain.com. I also purchased Google Workspace for email forwarding. They misconfigured their server, which meant I couldn't receive my email. There is no phone service, so I've had to set up numerous chat sessions to attempt to fix the issue. It's a basifundamentalblem. I regret not using the service, and I would have been able to be free of this the third or fourth time I tried to call their support an afternoon on a Friday, I ended up with a 39-minute waiting time. I'm currently waiting.

    The company that this one is from is the worst! Inability to fix a problem even after many hours of "chat" time. When I say "chat" time, I mean real-time online chat without telephone assistance. The company has several terrible technical issues they can't solve. If you don't want to lose endless hours of productive time, do not work with this firm.

    Problems very swiftly

    Before that, I had been very dissatisfied with domain.com. Today, I bought two domain names and hosting; however, they failed to authenticate the credit card I used (which was a complete waste of time), which meant that, after the payment, my account was instantly shut down. What made my lapreviousositive experience was the helper via Chat, who helped me fix my log-in problems very swiftly. I hope my experience will be more pleasant as time goes on.

    My credit card was charged for domains scheduled to automatically renew when you advised me this is the best way to ensure that they were deleted automatically after expiration. You continue charging my card, even though I've contacted support regarding it but have not thought it necessary to get back to me beyond an auto-responder.

    You've just been charged for a domain renewal after submitting the domain for transfer to a different, more affordable registry. Perhaps this is just an oversight. However, my renewal fee is nearly twice what the previous renewal year. I'm not able to pay this amount.

    I can't get my issue fixed. I've observed for a long time that reaching out to your help desk can require several days, if not weeks, of trying to resolve simple issues. Your help center employs scripts and pre-written answers and attempts to ignore any request for help in the shortest time possible. This means they ignore simple problems that last for weeks, threatening exposure and using multi-media by domain.com, which makes me want to take down domain.com. However, I'm not going to consider the options. Customer service only means having the A1 aviator.com URL on my Facebook page. Took me weeks. It was several times and months ago, and it's still bothering me. And you want me to give you a score? I'm not rating you. You're terrible.

    Domain.COM is highly reliable in charging my credit card for business use. When I called them for help, if your website was not working, it. When I asked for their support, I was told to contact Microsoft. There must be a different service provider that would not abandon you without a warm welcome.

    I've been on a call with the support team for thirty minutes to cancel services described as "add-ons," but they could not be withdrawn using those domains they're added onto. The support rep could not provide proof that my subscription had been removed and instructed me to download the chat transcript. Why should any add-ons be allowed to be active when I do not own the domains they are added to? I'm not been doing business with them for a while.

    Two significant issues within an entire week of using your service. The interface is slow and unstable. It's a constant struggle. Yesterday, I could not edit my billing details, and today, the domain that was transferred has vanished from my interface—I'm beginning to doubt that the service you provided was the best option. I am now thinking about canceling my orders. I'm also considering returning to the old domain registrar instead of moving the remaining domains.

    I've had issues with logging into my account or controlling my password. After a brief chat with an agent from Domain.com, I was able to get things resolved. He was able to assist me with a different issue I had with my domain name, and I was able to get things sorted quickly. Overall, I'm pretty happy to date.

    Logging in to the account takes a long time and often does not work. After renewing the domain, it is difficult to obtain an authentic receipt or invoice. When I try to print it off from the list of transactions, it doesn't display the name. In the beginning, it was easy to use, however, when your platform was upgraded to version 4.0, the interface was not user-friendly—notably, the invoice section.

    The interface was extremely slow just a few months ago. It is now much faster. I had some problems setting MX records before w I was able to get it to work, though it required some experimentation and non-intuitive steps. The service, however, is good.

    I attempted to cancel a purchase that was not my fault within 24 hours of purchase for Google Workspace. I received the standard letter regarding no refunds, credits, or other credits. No contact number. There was just topic after topic to answering questions and an offer for "Chat." There was no discussion, and definitely, there was no customer "Service." I suggest shopping somewhere else for all your domain requirements. There are plenty of domains to choose from. Unfortunately, I'm not a skilled data manager, and I was enticed into a poor business with poor policies.

    I want to speak with someone regarding my account. I've had trouble getting a connection. I couldn't find the number to call, and the waiting times were long for chats. They didn't reply within the time frame given. It happened twice in the past. I'll attempt it again today. The information regarding how to pay an account is clearly stated; however, how to obtain assistance isn't.

    Experience with domain.com began to be difficult initially, but it's been more than two years since, and I've increased my number of domains. Domain.com is a breeze to use and control my websites and domains quickly. The dashboard on the main page allows me to swiftly get to settings and configurations, which makes managing domains simple but effective. I genuinely appreciate using domain.com. I will keep using it and continue to use it.

    It was a charge for items I did not agree to, for example, Professional Website Builder and SSL certificate. They're advertised as free. Therefore, I received emails that informed me that I would be charged for renewal, and I phoned to cancel. I was told on the phone that these products were not withdrawn. I decided to check my emails to confirm and lo to the ground... I got an email saying they could not cancel the site builder and that I was charged for renewal. Therefore, I needed to call them again and wait for 30 minutes on the telephone. I could not get off my phone until I received the email. It wasn't sent to my email on file, So I gave him an additional email and accepted it.

    A great, affordable hosting company that provides helpful, prompt tech assistance. I've been using them for years. I would rate it five stars.

    However, there is a problem with the Email Admin page and the Visitor Stats webpage not working. The previous outage was frustrating since users didn't have a way to reset or enter an email password that had been forgotten.

    Customer service has been beneficial. Due to my lack of technical expertise, I have encountered some things I feel were missed in the translation. It's my third time using the help for customers button. I think we have that this time. Rakshith is exceptionally accommodating and patient. They even took the time to explain the procedure to me. So, I'm sure I was able to link my domain's domain and my email address to this landing site.

    Everything on the website is reasonably priced, and some coupons offer at least 25 percent off your purchase!

    The customer service is exceptional when required, and they have a variety of ways to educate yourself and help with technical and billing issues.

    I am incredibly grateful to them and wouldn't even think about changing.

    I also have Sanjay go way beyond helping me install WordPress onto my website and teach me what I needed to know.
