We started using this service just a few days ago and enjoy the service! The quality of content is top-notch and time to deliver is pretty quick. We had a few issues in the beginning of our time in which a blog piece was that did not meet our expectations Their team promptly dealt with the issue and assigned our a new writer. Since then, the writing is absolutely outstanding! I would highly would recommend.

The content from Better Content Matters did not live up to our internal team's expectations. It fell short in terms of quality and timeliness. Unfortunately, their collaboration left much to be desired. The group appeared to lack the dedication, expertise, and talent to deliver satisfactory results.
Disappointed
We were initially drawn to this website by the creator but were disappointed that much of the content contained copyright issues. When we tried to address this issue with the company, they did not respond to our messages and even deleted them. Canceling our subscription was also tricky, as there was no way to access the website to do so. Despite multiple attempts to contact Nigel directly, he has not responded. Ultimately, we had to involve our bank to clear the charges. Proceed with caution with this site.

I've been using Content Mates for about three weeks and am content using their product. I would highly recommend them! They have connected me to an account manager who takes care of all my requests. S far, the writer delivering the content has been in line with what we're looking for.
Do not recommend
We were lured into using this site by creator Niles, and it's incredible in principle. However, the majority of the content written by Niles included copyright issues.
Not just that, when I contacted the company about this, they would not even respond to my messages. They'd erase the messages.
I tried canceling, but there's nothing to allow you to access the website. I contacted the administrator on the site but got I got no reply.
Then, I emailed Nigel directly, but he hasn't responded to me after three emails. As of now, we've required a phone call to our bank to clear the charges.

Its quality is excellent, and turnaround times are pretty rapid.
We had a problem the first week, in which a blog post wasn't in line with our expectations.
