A Disheartening Experience at the Centre for Surgery Clinic
I'm incredibly dissatisfied with my experience at the Centre for Surgery clinic. Initially, they sent me to the wrong clinic for my consultation, and after my surgery, there was no follow-up or aftercare provided. What's even more frustrating is their refusal to respond to my emails. It's disheartening to think that they were willing to accept $2700 from me, and yet, a year later, they still haven't addressed my concerns.
Nothing is likely taken to improve the services
This is a testimonial of the senior patient coordinator at the clinic (not sure I'm able to identify the name). The patient coordinator did not respond to my email regarding my urgent need for an appointment because of issues in his private life. After dropping the ball the second time because there was no scheduled appointment, he did not attempt to make an appointment seeing that his inattention caused his delay! I am a full-time worker and depend on email instead of phone calls that I can't answer. I was astonished by this service and decided not to use this Centre for Surgery purely based on my experiences dealing with the coordinator. It's a shame that the doctors won't be aware of this situation; nothing is likely taken to improve the services.
Terrific and accommodating
I had a breast enhancement in December through the Centre for Surgery, and I was glad I chose the procedure! Three months later, I'm restored to my previous self and content with the result. Everyone from the office and even the surgeon were terrific and accommodating. I'd suggest CFS to anyone!
The most enjoyable relationship
I underwent my breast enhancement by Dr. Antonio Mitsakos; at first impression, I wasn't sure if I had the most enjoyable relationship with him. He was less than friendly, maybe too formal. However, Yasmin ( the coordinator) was extremely polite and professional. It hShe was able to answer all of my questions with a smile. They helped me to undergo surgery with the surgeon Mitsakos and suggested other surgeons. After my procedure, I was extremely pleased with the outcome. He fixed the issue I experienced with my breasts and changed the implants. There were no marks, which is a standing result. I would highly recommend his services.
I can't blame the team
My scar correction treatment was not as efficient as I had hoped. The procedure left me with an open for the following eight months. The scar at times, the wounds got more severe than before! I can't blame the team that was friendly and professional every time.
The breasts appear fake
Overall excellent; however, it would be better if you could achieve more. The breasts appear fake, in addition to the size of the implant, which causes breasts to appear "sticking out" too close and high. My body has a much better beginning point, smooth and lively; I am just a single inch more significant. Do not suggest.
A great staff
Service. Great environment excellent has a great staff. I highly recommend bringing your painkillers since they can be a little snobby regarding giving them, but I'm sure you'll require some.
There was no scarring
My cyst was surgically removed from my lower back. I was cautious about the center I picked for this because I wanted to avoid marks and be an experienced surgeon. The entire team, from the receptionist to the nurses to my surgeon, was very professional and pleasant. They did everythpossibleould to ensure I felt secure and knowledgeable before, during, and after the procedure. There was no scarring, and when I stretched my healing wound accidentally, they were accommodating at my follow-up appointment as they reassured me and told me how to proceed. They've been excellent at contacting me to check on me via phone and email. I would recommend this clinic because of my experiences. It was a tough choice about whom to confide in to cut me up, and I'm happy I chose CFS.

They convinced me to go through my procedure with doctor Mitsakos and suggested alternative surgeons. After my surgery, I was extremely pleased with the outcome. He fixed the issue I was experiencing with my breasts and also modified my implants. No scars, fantastic result. I would highly recommend his services.

I have no complaints about anything related to the Centre for Surgery. Communication has been excellent, from the first telephone call to the following care. I felt incredibly at ease with the entire staff, especially Daria, who was able to answer every question I had and then follow up to check how I was doing. Doctor Sinha has helped me gain confidence I didn't even know existed, and I thoroughly love my new self. I've already decided about my next appointment, and I am eager to get scheduled!

I had surgery for treatment to eliminate scars last year. My spot was much darker and more visible than it was before. The surgeons also lasered a portion of the skin just outside the area, which isn't fully healed. I'm thinking about having an ink tattoo to cover it! I've used silicon sheets and a gel for the past couple of months, but they haven't made an enormous impact.

The surgical center scheduled an appointment to remove the keloid scar. The date was when photos were sent to receive a consultation, and an estimate was provided. After numerous emails and phone calls from my end, in search of a quote or the appointment time, I'm dissatisfied that) I had to follow up and then follow up with a simple appointment...this is the issue that we provide, ....this price is what we cost...here are the available dates. And to top it all off, today, after 15 Novem15, November a month and chasing, I've been informed that the process has been discontinued. It would be a good idea to have them a minimum of a month prior. Keloid removal is available on the website and must be removed immediately.

I've never had surgery for cosmetic reasons before, so I was extremely nervous and uneasy, but I eventually decided to take the plunge. I didn't pick my surgeon. It was all random. I'm so glad I chose him regardless because I am satisfied with the results. He is transparent and honest to ensure your expectations aren't too unreasonable or overly optimistic. I was initially frightened, but the fact that he did it gave me the impression that my results were far superior to what I had expected they would look like. I can't fault any aspect of the treatment. The post-treatment care was excellent. Thank you very much to all the people I met at the clinic.

The nurses were fantastic and the receptionists too. The surgeon made me feel relaxed and relaxed and was always at ease, which is a simple surgery, especially because it is my first. Excellent experience at the center for surgery. Very helpful from start to finish, and procedures were performed very meticulously. Questions were quickly answered and thoroughly, so I was not worried and satisfied that I decided to undergo the process. After the operation, I was contacted and texted to check my health and to see if everything went smoothly.

A lot of garbage! I'm amazed that anyone can get surgery in this country, as I've not had the chance to get an appointment! I did have one on the diary that I had written plans for and put down an initial deposit, but I received a call yesterday telling me they had to change the date because someone had taken my place! It was two days ago, and I've not received any communication from them about the new date, so I called them, they told me that someone was going to contact me within 10 minutes, but I have not heard from them. I will fight for my deposit back since they had to cancel my appointment. Extremely disappointed, and I am now scheduled to see a different doctor. I'm very disappointed because they've lost my business.

I have had a breast lift and reduction done under Dr. Alfie's supervision and admire the results. Thanks to Dr. Alfie and the nursing team, I felt at ease during this procedure, thanks to and everything went. The staff is exceptionally kind and accommodating; my Patient Coordinator, Rebecca, was always available whenever I needed her, and she made the entire procedure very easy. I only gave an overall rating of 4 stars because each appointment (consultation or procedure and post-care checkups) was rescheduled for the day or place of the work. I had to alter my travel plans quite a bit, which was a hassle. This was not the only issue; I'mthrilled I picked Centrthe e for Surgery.
It is entirely unacceptable
I was disappointed when I was asked to arrive at the clinic 15 minutes early for my 13:20 appointment, only to be told by Sharon that I would have to wait another 15 minutes. After 50 minutes of waiting, I was finally seen. I have never experienced such a long wait time at a private clinic. It is entirely unacceptable.

I recently underwent a procedure here and was highly pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of the entire team. The staff is amiable and welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at ease from beginning to end. The surgeon I saw made me confident that the final goal would be accomplished quickly. So disappointed
I was so disappointed with the outcome of my procedure. It was a complete waste of money. Although the doctor was amiable, the results were minimal and not worth my time, money, or stress. There is absolutely no difference.
The procedure was claimed to be minimally invasive, which was also false. It was not worn by the receptionist (covid was still very bad at this stage). I was not given any information about the after-care or how it would work post-surgery. So disappointed, I would not recommend it.
A great choice
In January, I went to the center for liposuction. The clinic was excellent, and the surgeon was great. The clinic is very welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. This treatment is performed by Dr. Alberto, who has extensive experience. Dr. Alberto did my abdomen, chest, and flanks, and I am incredibly pleased with the results.
The pre-op, Baker Street hospital, and the post-op staff addressed my concerns and questions. A few months later, I am fully healed, and the results have been excellent. I would be happy to return to the center again for my surgery, and Dr. Alberto is a great choice.
