I ordered a pair of heated gloves. Received a email shortly after submitting the order the order. It was informed that the glove was not in stocks in the size requested however they were able to provide me with an even more expensive model at no additional cost. This is a great customer service.

I looked for a long time to locate a 3T Exploro Rival. Hans-Eric did have one in Italy, and I was fortunate to get it. While waiting, Hans kept me informed about my contacts with 3T, and I was able to get the bike yesterday. Wow, what a beautiful color and a sturdy carbon wheelset made by FFWD. Hans has put it together with great care and greeted me with a cup of coffee, stories, and plenty of time to try the riding, adjust and provide many suggestions. The summer is about to begin. The first thing to do is ride as quickly and tight as an athlete and be comfy whenever you travel on a forest trail. Thanks Hans and Sonja!
I waited for over a month to receive an order
I waited for over a month to receive an order. The only update was about the longer delivery times after I contacted the store myself. After more than two weeks. The store improperly processed the order. The package was later delivered to the wrong address, resulting in further delay. Worthless.
I am disappointed by the poor quality
Bought a nice casual Castelli polo last summer. Polo cost 49 euros, and I thought I had purchased an excellent high-quality shirt. The stitching seams are loose on the shoulders after a few wears. I did not expect high quality from a garment that cost 49 EUR since it's not an expensive brand or shirt. (it is hilarious that they decide for the customer what is costly and what's not) It turned out that these polos were Chinese and were not the typical cycling apparel of Italian quality. It was resolved by paying for the costs of the shirt, but I am disappointed by the poor quality of the shirt and the reactions of this shop.

A great website with lovely products. After placing an order, I was quiet about the following processing steps and delivery date. After six days, I called and was welcomed with a friendly greeting. As both products weren't available, a different option was suggested. This was neat. The only suggestion for improvement I could offer is that the buyer is informed sooner about the product's expected delivery date.
