I purchased a helicopter trip through Groupon to celebrate my son's 16th birthday. Groupon had advertised an address that was not correct, and I did not get to take the flight. Blue skies that day apologized for the error and was extremely helpful until they sent me an email confirmation of the incident so that I could claim a refund from Groupon. A different staff member from blue skies could not send me the email. She refused to move me to the first employee, who was rude and highly ineffective. I got no flight, no refund, and was ripped off. My son is disabled and was an emotional wreck for the next few months.

They kept me updated on the progress of the project at all times and protected my aircraft inside the hangar while we waited for custom parts from the manufacturers.
