A good fitting
I have a pair of old Shimano's with the tiny ratcheted strip. They are eight years old, and the soles have begun to fall apart on my clip-ons for Eggbeaters. I bought these at a sale price to replace them. Great fit. I needed some silicone rubber to stop one or two holes. I am being leaked. Overall, they are a good fitting, and I expect them to last another 8-10 years.

I sent the wrong item and could send a new one via snail mail. I was forced to visit LBS regardless or skip through the weekend. Additionally, they didn't reply to follow-up emails regarding shipping or double charges. Never experienced a negative experience
I ordered a brand new pair of shoes during a sale. The size and color were not available at the time. However, I got the cost, and the boots arrived this week. I've worked with BTD since the beginning of 18 and have never experienced a negative experience. BTD is my preferred location for all cycling-related items.

Excellent service and reliable products. My main concern is the switch to shipping bags made of plastic. It seems like this decision was motivated by cost. However, my most recent orders (tubes and tires) seemed like they'd been several hours in a gorilla enclosure and were crushed and smashed. The item was not damaged, and I was not required to return it; however, I'm wondering what would've been considered a return when they were in a disused state. I will recycle the plastic like I previously did with the cardboard boxes and prefer them to the other.

I needed to replace my Lazer 02 size helmet XL, 61-64 cm, so I bought a Lazer BladePlus size Large, 59-61cm, which was way too big. So I purchased the BladePlus size Medium, but I was too tiny. I contacted customer service and informed them that I thought the Large could have been mislabeled or was a product error, but they stated that it must be something to do with sizing. It varies between models. I had to pay the shipping to ship the two items back, and I could purchase an appropriate helmet other. I'll keep buying the tires they sell.
It was a terrible experience
I could not go on a planned trip with my cycling group because of a shipping mistake. My order was shipped through Portland up to Anaheim (I reside 30 mins away). Then, it was delivered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where it spent a couple of days before it was returned to Anaheim. A business is only what it is when it fulfills its promise of speedy delivery. In this case, it was a terrible experience.

The shoes arrived after six days. They were too narrow for 47 wide. BTD requested 8.95 to return the shoes. I decided to exchange them for a larger size but was informed that they would not ship the new size until they received my return. I've spent more than $1,000 in the last two months, and they aren't going to send me a replacement since they don't believe in me. I estimate two weeks or more before going out in our cold weather. This tire came with a similar model name, and I was unaware of a slight difference in description or title. I'm angry that I didn't realize it. This is why I was given this considerable tire; perfect for me, and I'll utilize it. It's likely to last longer than the one I've used. It was my fault. I've purchased from biketiresdirect for several years and have loved receiving their discount but was shocked when I had to return something. I discovered that their returns department has a problem with highly unfriendly attitudes and procedures.

I ordered tires and then looked at the box to buy suitable tubes. I received lines that can fit different sizes of tires, not the tube specifically for the particular tire I purchased. I requested that the lines be replaced and requested the call number so that it wouldn't be at my cost. The reply I got from the company was, "it will work; rubber stretches." This is not excellent customer service. In addition, my daughter worked for five years in Hannover, working in r&d at CONTI. She shared my views regarding the issue.

Poor customer service
I've had many customers but received a product that I wasn't entirely satisfied with. They have a return policy stipulating that you must return the item along with an explanation. You can also call their customer service for assistance to "facilitate exchanges." We sent them an email five days ago but have received nothing. We wouldn't recommend them based on the poor customer service.

However, I was expecting two days to mean it would arrive on Tuesday. It was a total of 2 days, on Monday and Tuesday. Per my estimation, delivery was delayed until Wednesday afternoon, which is three days.

The item was delivered in an open box with broken parts. The company I contacted said it would require 90 days to repair the damaged parts. The seller got the seller, received a shipping label, and then sent an item to be returned. I think this item was born, and the company shipped the item back without making repairs to the damage caused. I don't believe that this occurred during the shipping process. I am sorry for the purchase that I attempted to make.

This was a new order for pedals, which were difficult to locate. BTD had the pedals in stock at a reasonable price and offered the option of free delivery to Alaska with fast delivery via Priority mail from USPS. Smaller instead of Medium instead. My order for shorts for the bicycle was listed as my requesting the smaller size. I haven't worn shorts of this size in more than 50 years. And then, I received a charge to return the tiny shorts, but I was never allowed to exchange them for the medium size I had asked for. I think I'm done with the deal with Bike TiresDirect.

Meyers, about 5 miles away from me, it stood there and then headed north for 200 miles, then towards Plant City, then back to Ft. Meyers, then finally to Cape Coral. The package was delivered so late the tracking number stopped working, and I could not track it. Perhaps it's time for another shipping company.

I recently had a bad incident with BikeTiresDirect. The company shipped a package of six tires, which arrived in a white plastic bag. The tires inside were ruined as well as battered looking and scattered around. I brought this issue to them, hoping they would be grateful for the feedback and would be concerned. They were not. They seemed unaffected by the impression it created for the customer and argued that the boxes were to be discarded anyway. This is certainly an accurate statement, but the whole experience was a complete disappointment to me. They are not proud of the product they deliver. I was shopping for road shoes. Naturally, I had to return them twice before I found the correct size. I was not thrilled with the shipping costs to return the initial pair of shoes, but I knew it was the norm. I had received a discount of 20% on the first pair; however, as they didn't have the exact size in the same model, I needed to purchase a different model. Orders placed on 2-17 qualified for free shipping. It was sent USPS and still hasn't been received until 3/4. UPS is more secure than USPS and is only slightly more. I just made an online purchase for a required part with a different west coast-based online retailer and received it within four days. I typically spend 100-200 $in BTD each year. I will take this into account when I make any future purchases.

I was unaware I wasn't aware that get a Michelin C2 tube and was to be given a C4 line (I didn't know anything that to expect from Michelins when I received the tire, and it was stated that it required C4 tubes, I took what was given, I didn't request C2) I rode my bike approximately a mile away. I always failed to bring the bike back home with the rear tire. But it's okay; it's like it is one of those things.
