It's a shame that you, as a business, can't be held responsible for your behavior or errors. It could have been a disaster for the birthday celebration of my son. I'd recommend the Xtreme Jumpers, Slides, and Bounce a Lot Inflatables. Both are reputable with excellent customer service....especially when you are in a bind due to a mismanaged company. Do NOT rent from this company!! I booked a slide to celebrate my son's birthday party on August 1. The fall was reserved online, and the address was provided. The event was additionally charged a 60 delivery cost to get it delivered there, which was acceptable. On November 8 (4 days before the date), I received the message that they were required to reschedule the event because they couldn't deliver my items to my home despite knowing the location and billed me an additional cost. I was scrambling to locate a different water slide. However, all businesses were booked because it was last minute. It would have been better to call sooner (Instead of waiting for ten days) to notify me they couldn't make it (or the booking on their website should not have allowed me to book). Poor management and poor customer service.
The night before delivery. 4/29 I Rented the bounce house and water slide combination. I noticed their hose had an opening; the next day, it was replaced. The equipment was in good condition, and the gate was closed when they arrived to collect it and the Secumy gate. Thank you for your service. Great customer service. I have already ordered a new slide for the weekend ahead.
Bounce home. Our son's birthday occurred the weekend before, and we opted to lease a bounce home. Believing that Big Lou's might not offer any Bounce houses to rent, We were delighted that the place we chose was available on the day. The Bounce team arrived late on Friday night to put it up and quickly removed it early on Saturday without a hitch. Our house was cleaned and in exemplary operating in good working order. We plan to rent them out. I would recommend them to anyone seeking to lease Bounce houses.
I booked the five-and-1 Twin super slide(I believe it's known) to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I was delighted with the whole experience. Excellent service, excellent communication by phone and email, easy instructions, reasonable cost, and a highly professional customer am sorry I didn't remember the two men there to set up. Big Lou's Bouncies offered bounce house tables and chairs and the marquee for a birthday party. The staff was courteous and showed up promptly. The reason I didn't leave a 5-star review was that the chairs and the tent were dirty and not in the best condition. Since the delivery took place the day before, I had cleaned up the chairs before using them. It was cleaned. They're also priced cheaply, and I would think of having a business relationship with them in the future. I have done so and would highly suggest their service.

I contacted the rep immediately, and they apologized and assured me that I would not be charged for or assist in resolving the issue. However, my kids loved the experience!
I ordered a slide 5n1 to celebrate my son's birthday. The entire staff that took care of my purchase, from me to the delivery crew who brought the slide, were professional and accommodating. I highly endorse Big Lou's at any kid's event and recommend the 5n1 if you're expecting children of different ages. The older children enjoyed the slide while the younger ones had fun bouncing.

The owner also called me and told me they needed to get the 90 chairs.
He doesn't want to hear that either, and they pick the chairs right in front of us, giving toys to the children; thank you, Lou; at the very least, you need to provide us with an additional fee to leave the event or wait for it, and we'll accept this. Still, you don't fuss about the issue or ask for clarification. My church recently utilized the Big Lou Bouncies, and we've had mixed opinions... The cost was fair, and the product arrived exactly as promised and in time for delivery. However, we had to rent an engine that failed us after 2 hours of the delivery, and we were required to fix it by ourselves, and it was not operational for one time of about an... It was a bit of a hassle to fix it. Tried calling to inquire about the issue but could not reach a solution with the phone they promised a follow-up call and of sending someone in to look into the issue; however, no one returned the call, and neither one was sent out.
A member of our staff who was experienced with generators walked in and could think the issue. The day ran exactly as it was planned. However, the ceremony ended at 3 pm. I notified the transport people of this, and they said due to the demands during the day, be picked up by 5 pm. We agreed. However, they arrived at 6 pm—another disappointment. I was required to pay our employees for the late pick-up.
The sister of Christina Vale and I have hired bounce houses from the company around four times, and we couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service we received. It was straightforward.
The delivery was unique, and they arrived on time. They set up everything before the party and alleviated any worries we had. We have a slight slope in our backyard, and the guys were willing to address our concerns and ensure that we'd have no issues.
While most would have been annoyed by our questions, they went to the mark to explain, which was a success. They called us ahead when they planned to pick us up and explained the process quickly and in a few minutes.
I will continue doing transactions in the future with Big Lou's and would highly recommend them to anyone who would profit from their services.
