    Nuisance Calls and Unwanted Intrusion

    An organization that annoys a customer with a phone call daily after explaining the situation on several occasions. I will never employ this firm nor will recommend them to anybody else. They think they are able to take whatever they they like through your bank accounts... The only thing I don't like is utilities. do not like the idea of utilities.

    Energy Mafia, and they block the process as long as possible to impose the cost—absolutely fraud. They impose non-contractual fees for standing charges, and they make the unit cost exorbitant. I'm trying to end my agreement with them starting on 27th March. I have issued several emails to confirm that I am leaving the company. I also spent hours talking to them about the matter.

    We sent numerous emails to cancel our account on the 5th of May, but there was no response. We received multiple phone emails and called daily, saying we owned their money. We ended the direct debit. They tried to set it up again and attempted to retake the payment. We must close the business account as a result of them. Our electricity isn't a part of our belonging to BES. However, they have set up an account for us. I will pursue legally-binding action.BES is evil. I would advise everyone to avoid this company. I will post on every Facebook and Instagram daily until you reply. Respond immediately to terminate my account!!

    A shockingly poor company. They were swindlers who charged me PS4 daily for the standing charge, making it nearly impossible to switch to another provider. I've just spent more than two hours calling to resolve the issue, and I don't have faith in BES following through with what they claim they'll do. The best advice I can give is to steer far from BES.

    I'm going to stay clear of this firm without a doubt. I submitted the termination notice requested by them as my contract was up. I was shocked to learn another notification that my contract had been renewed automatically. I've been frustrated by their inability to make my change to a different provider.

    I am constantly being misled

    The company I was dealing with has been owed money for two months, and I am constantly being misled, telling me that the money would be available the next day; however, it's never there, and they never get the customer through to a manager I spoke with four different individuals, and they each have told me four other stories about how the company doesn't know of what they're doing.

    Poor service in all aspects and even threatening behavior! We've had to contact them multiple times with various departments. We are trying to resolve our charge! We had a reasonable payment plan established in January that was never paid for! Then I was told that an unpaid debt collector was calling today to request a complete payment of PS3000! Or, he'll cut my electricity off as I haven't had a restful night. I am forced to decide whether I pay or pay my staff! It's disgusting!

    I can't express how kind and can't tell you how helpful Muneer is. He's the only person who has taken my concerns seriously and sorted them out. It was a pleasure to work with him on my situation. He is now my primary contact, beneficial ul, and willing to listen. Thank you for everything!

    This is by far the worst customer service I've experienced. It is the most expensive and illegal charging I've ever experienced. I believe they take numbers and cost you. Tough to handle, and the charges range from low to extremely expensive very quickly. Avoid dealing with these scammers.

    The worst company I've ever had to deal

    The worst company I've ever had to deal with. I am a new customer and have done everything that's been asked of me. Yet they refuse to allow me to change to a different supplier. BES continues to deny me the switch from my current supplier. After I had provided all the documentation and proof required, they continued to take the money from my previous tenant invoices exceeding PS1000 monthly. I don't have an account with BES, and they won't allow me to change.

    It takes a half-hour to get a meter reading. The request was made on the phone a few days prior (another half hour) because their online service was not working. If you pay what they charge for their energy, you should at least get excellent service and communication—the country's most expensive and least reliable provider.

    We are a small-sized business, and after having submitted meter readings two times, they did not update our invoice. Then they sent me a new bill for PS1000 and instructed the person to cut off the power supply. The total bill now exceeds PS3000, which is not correct. I've emailed you twice with an updated meter reading but have not received a response... We are leaving this business.

    What can I say? Do not work with this company. We began a small-scale business and paid our charges initially but were deceived about how much the bills would be after we sorted out this issue. Another set of unfortunate events then hit us. We did not have a right to the building and were sublet. We called BES about six months back to inform them that we were evicted since we were not entitled to be there. We gave the contact details of the person responsible for the site, but they're scammers, and sadly for us, BES has refused to take their names off the accounts. I get a constant nudge from the company every day, but they cannot resolve the issue. It has been said 100 times that I would receive an answer from a senior adviser. I have provided them with all the information I've had to write, but then I get cut off every single time and never receive any response.

The person who assisted me today was courteous. Overall, the company is horrible and very costly and seems to cover the costs. It's difficult to quit this company, too.

    I have had no issues with Bes until now. Today. We received an invoice for October, which showed our bill had tripled from PS500 to close to PS2000. We contacted them, and they confirmed that the invoice is accurate. They have charge charged.9 per the signal, the 13th September 13thrate, according to the government wi, ll be in effect in OctobeOctober 1s,t I assumed. So when we read our meters and sent them to the company before the new rate went in, we were billed 117.9 rather than 43.9 th. They are robbing individuals and forcing small companies to shut down.

    Although the employees of BES are always accommodating and friendly, in this case, Mohammed Parker, the company is shady, and I wouldn't suggest them to any of my biggest enemies if my life were on it. They can force you to sign long-term contracts by imposing lengthy and confusing clauses and terms and stop any attempt to leave, despite their ingenuity to alter the rates of their customers at will, and this is what I did agree too!!

    We moved into a new business location on the 10th of February, 20,23. The supplier of energy was BES Utilities. The owner previously told me that BES Utilities were awful to handle. I require an account number or reference number to transfer suppliers. I gave you the complete information right in the morning, and one employee told me it could take 14 days to set up an account. This sounded like a highly long time for me. It's been six weeks since the last time. I'm not getting any help from your customer service. Nobody is giving me an account number, and I cannot quit. It seems like this has been deliberately done to ensure we have money. I've asked to be put into a complaints department, and they've never called me back. I want to be contacted by someone to let me leave this horrible energy company.

    I've been working in this business since 2018, and my small shop's most recent monthly costs were 330-430 dollars. This had given me the option to close my shop due to the increasing cost of everything. How do just two laptops and one heating element run each month? This is not a joke and is destroying businesses.

    My electricity for my small business was shut off because of a problem paying my energy bill. I've since paid the spent balance and contacted BES to reconnect. A rude employee advised me I would have to wait 30 days for the electricity to reconnect. I consider this inhumane for a small-scale business trying to keep the lights on and make meet. The person in the reconnections department was rude, didn't care about my issue, and instructed me to report anywhere I wished. Very rude and unhelpful. I needed to call the company responsible for managing the meters' SMS. I was informed that BES only required an application for employment and a 139 float to allow them to increase the reconnection rate; however, the same woman refused to help me and demanded that I wait 30 days. Please beware of this company if you're an entrepreneur with a small company

    Disgusting business, do not ever choose this company as your supplier. I removed my unit on the 31st of January, and I am still waiting for my money to pay over three years of estimated bills. I canceled my direct debit and then reinstated it without my authorization; absolutely the worst energy provider. Avoid.

    After being on the phone for several hours on the 15th of March, I was informed that my PS2000 account was in error (their error), and Keenan assured me that the bill would not be taken from my account I would receive the new invoice. Imagine my shock when they removed it this morning! I've also never received a new invoice. For a small-sized business, this type of MISTAKE (on their part) could ruin us. Do not ever work with this business; they lie to satisfy you and then do whatever they like. Please, do not ever use them

    One of the advantages (in earlier times) when using BES is that it didn't need to report meter readings because we were using a smart meter, so we were paid accurately every month. However, that seems not to be working, as every month they call to request measurements ... to be honest, it's painful for the backside. If they don't resolve the issue resolved, it will be a deciding factor on whether we stay with them! I've been told the problem is on their side, not ours.

    The customer service agent on staff was excellent. He called the day prior, and I was expecting to hear from a doctor, so he made arrangements to reach the next day, and he did; he was courteous. I do not have a problem with Justin King; he was excellent. However, I question the necessity to contact him since each month, s've ma,naged to upload my readings from my meter. I have repeatedly stated in various conversations that I do not need t smart meter since I'm in a single room single-roomie. Yet they insist! My electricity usage is the reason! This should be considered by anyone who writes scripts for the calls to take into consideration. The person who called was fantastic

    I've been trying to figure out the energy company e my accounts for; it's pretty simple. I am that I had two s, (A) and (B). I left the shop (A) at the end of December and gave at least two employees the readings for December. Also, I informed them that somebody was moving into the shop (A); however, I have not received invoices for both shops. I've now spoken to another person hoping they can resolve it. Unfortunately, the company before (GULF Energy) failed, but their services were excellent.

    The most unprofessional company is a nightmare to deal with. It is a rip-off of merchants. I can claim an extra star because the individual I talked with is the only person on staff I've ever had the pleasure of speaking to who was a reasonable person who listened to me and resolved a problem for me. Beware of bes. They're a disgrace. The employees are doing their jobs. However, the business itself is awful.

    I tried calling for a meter reading, but my online account didn't allow it. I was asked to send the meter's photo to show proof. I've tried this two times, each time getting a message that failed to deliver in which it states that the letter "couldn't be delivered due to: Recipient email server rejected the message."

    Do not sign up for this business. I am a landlord. It has taken me five months to change our service to EDF. I've had to provide documents to register land along with driving licenses, passports, and passports, and they haven't allowed EDF to manage the supply. I've spent more than 30 hours on the phone with them - this is my second time with them, and they've done precisely the same thing. The only person who could tell me how to fix the problem was Maneer from credit control. Although five months is a long time to change Tenancy, I'd avoid it.

    Thabo called today to confirm the supply of interim to my home and the security aspect when supplying this supply. Our tenant has moved out after nine years, and we are working on finding the right buyer or a new tenant to purchase the building. When things are a bit chaotic, it's good to talk to one who is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. Thabo was all this, so thank you.

    Not appreciated at everything... The specific change of tenancy proved to be more trouble than I initially thought. It's been just two days, and I've talked to four different individuals and been told many stories. It's not a good first impression; the faster I can be cleared of them, the better! Additionally, the fees for out-of-contract are a joke. You'll end up bankrupt if you own an unproportional business using BES. AVOID

    The woman I spoke to determined what was required. This was speaking with Lindo. Before that, I tried to chat on the internet that didn't work. I was given a certain number of minutes to reply to an inquiry, and since I needed to find specific documents, I lost my chat and had to begin from scratch.

    This is one of the worst companies I've had to deal with. Bills are everywhere ....... intelligent meters. However, they aren't working correctly, and the bill ranges between PS400.00 to PS1000.00 or more each month for lighting. ......I could continue on and on to ......stay clear of the company, but I'm currently in a 5-year contract which I wasn't aware I was in because of their ranting about other issues.

    The customer service representative was attentive to me when four other people who called me didn't. Something on my account had not been addressed, so when other callers rang me, and I told them that I'd previously spoken to someone, the call ended there. The person who contacted me prompted me to clarify the situation to him, and I later realized that what was supposed to be taken care of previously wasn't, and he's increased the issue and resolved it to stop me from receiving further unwanted calls. Being proactive and investigating will mean that he has helped me.

    Muhammad was extremely helpful in addressing our issue, but prior employees were ineffective and did not follow through with what was agreed to in a threatening manner on the phone. They also lied about what was stated. They kept calling because they did not want to resolve the issue. They could suggest training or even sacking as they do not provide customer service and don't even know what they are doing. The person in charge was Eve. She didn't want me to return calls after hanging up, and the following colleagues wouldn't bother me.

    This business needs to be examined by OFGEM. They're not the best company to handle. They will ask you for your direct debit information, requiring them to return the money! Once they have these details, they withdraw money to cover estimated billing. The employees are not cooperative and are not helpful. Do not deal with these people at all costs! I've probably spent more than 5 hours on the phone with various departments. Every day, an individual department calls you through a mobile, which means you're unaware of the caller's ID!

    It is shameful that they are charging for no motive. We have reported them. Our business has been shut down due to severe health issues, and we've cut off all operations, but only one charge for standing charges for 12 months has gone up to PS146. ???? What is the reason? Do not work with this business.

    Please do not use this company as They are hopeless. Further on my opinion in the following, I'm still trying to have the expiration date of the account taken care of. It's been a week since my review, and they haven't addressed the issue as they stated in their reply. I've been trying to contact them.

    Today I've been requested to provide contact information for the new tenant. The details were given on June 7th - five weeks ago. It is either a sign of incompetence, or they're deliberately trying to delay the process to increase the cost of the property.

    Beware of this company. They are still chasing the payment of bills that they know are incorrect and are refusing to accept their account closing. Why would it take more than five weeks to close a bank account?

    As a new customer, I could not log in to the portal after updating my meter readings.

    I tried using the chat feature, but it did not work.

    It was difficult to read the message because it was written with an orange background, so the writing was hard to read.

    However, my call was in good working order.

    My call was answered promptly and efficiently.

    Security was a little of an obstacle, but they rang me back immediately.

    I'm hoping that the account will operate smoothly from now on.
