The process of obtaining my warranty on my nearly three years older sensa MTB frames was very smooth. I needed to inquire about the status of the frame once, and the previous shipment didn't go as planned; however, the service was excellent, and all emails were answered promptly.

I purchased through their online store, Bicycle Bags Shop. There was no delivery following the payment—no response to emails. There is no response to calls. A costly 900 phone number has been used for calls. The website is currently under maintenance. I'm 75 euros less and have not yet received the bicycle bag.
